didn’t see this one..

Turning out the way it did! Book two was really good! There was some parts that had me speechles, like whew. Let me say, it goes DOWN in Rome baby!🧐. I couldn’t fathom what book two would bring but it was a pleasant surprise. I read this book so fast! I personally like the way things turned out. I understood why Dillion made the choices she made. And everyone was very mature. Solid series!

Tanon you know you be getting in your bag with these. Our favorite throuple is back and we have a fourth to step into the equation. Harrison was trying so hard to not act on his feelings but when you find the right one you just know. The heat turned up in this one. Dill explored something that was a no go for her. Neyla and Dill are more comfortable with each other and Abel is still his same easygoing but Dominant in their relationship.

I absolutely love how they all care for each other feelings and move accordingly. I need my girl Dill to get it together and finally through communication with her partners she finally did. I genuinely enjoyed both of these books. I look forward to reading more in the future.

The cover says, “it gets wilder,” and please believe it does! I thoroughly enjoyed book one, but my edges were completely snatched with book two. First, the smut was turned up 1,000 notches. Book one was almost vanilla compared to this. I’m glad I decided to read this one at home, as opposed to work, where I read book one because it was almost impossible to stay still (IYKYK). In addition, as in the first book, I think the author did a good job illustrating a realistic polyamorous relationship, specifically with what happens when the relationship opens up a bit more. I also appreciated how we received more information about Neyla in this one, as I feel her story was a bit overlooked in the first book. This book had so many surprises that I never saw coming. My only con is that I think there should’ve been a flashback scene at the very beginning to refresh readers’ memory. The book begins by referring to a specific previous event, which immediately confused me because I couldn’t remember its occurrence. Overall, a great follow-up. This is a series that needs to be brought to the screen!

I don't even know where to begin, I started this book on Monday morning and was done by Monday night. I didn't know where Tanon was going to take us but WHAT A RIDE. I was not expecting the "More" to be what is was but I'm such a sap and watching that connection grow was beautiful. I appreciated her giving us both sides of the coin when it came to the changes. I'm not a poly kind of girl but I can imagine that this is a very realistic situation and reaction. I loved Abbies maturity and guidance but Neyla was working my nerves for several different reasons. I understood where she was coming from but still, it was giving selfish. ROME. ROME. ROME. I've never read THAT on page in a Black Romance story and it was written so well. I felt like I was there. I've already told Tanon this but I do not accept that "The End" so I can't wait for more from this crew!!!

I buddy read this book with @chrisluvreads and when I tell you that we went on a rollercoaster 😩.I love the first book but the spice in this book is something serious. I should have believe her when she said it gets wilder because it does 😳. The spice was so damn hot 🥵.I absolutely love how they all care for each other feelings and move accordingly. I love the fact that this book has so many twists and turns. I really didn’t know how this book was going to end. I Recommend everybody reads this but read the first book first though if you haven't✨.

Wheeeeeew when in Rome……. Just when I thought things couldn’t get spicier. Love the direction this series is going. Life is about experiences but we all need love. But to have 3 people love and adore you deeply wheeeewww it’s a fantasy come true! I’m super happy for Dillion and curious to see what’s in the future for Neyla, Abel, & Harrison.

Perfection thats all I can say! This was an AMAZING wrap up to the story. While i have to admit I thought it would go a different way this was still a great ending. I loved the entire journey of Dill Abe Ney and Harri.

I knew it....

Okay let me make something clear I didn't not like this book. Again it's not that I didn't like the book but book made me mad. Here's the thing I knew that in the second book for some reason I just felt that they were going to just end it... Like I felt it in my spirit. And who broke up my polyunit no rather then Harrison's big head a**... Now don't get me wrong I love Harrison I understand but like I felt like it ruined the point of this being a polyamorous romance. I'm just mad, I'm happy for everyone yay.. But I'm still a 100% pissed at this Cause Even though I knew I knew this was going to happen it's still maybe mad. Like knowing that Abel and Naylor were married she would always be the other woman literally so why would she not want to be someone's one and only herself.... I want it what I wanted and I didn't get what I wanted... I did like the pacing of it, The spice was good, Dillon telling Neyla's mom and cousin off icing on the cake....but Again I'm in my feeling, So not too happy but I guess I get it.

Even worse than the first book. Way different from the first book as well. Harrison and Dillion being toghter was random and forced. Abe was barely in the book. Sex scenes were boring, I skipped most of them along with all the Dillion and Harrison scenes. Throughout this book and the first it wasn’t a good poly relationship with boring vanilla sex the poly couple breaking up to be monogamous just sucked. The first book she fought to be in the relationship and she stood on not having kids but was sad she wouldn’t be married but now she really wants to be married and have kids and everyone was pushing for her to leave the throuple just felt poorly written.

What a plot twist!

I wasn’t expecting this second book to go in the direction it did but I’m not mad at it. I loved the dynamic between Abel, Neyla, and Dillion seeing their relationship form was special. I think the awkwardness of it all made forming their dynamic hard but I wish we go to see Harrison (as well as Dillion) come into himself and fully accept this new relationship between them all.

Thought I did a review when I read it two years ago. lol but I recently did a re-read and I see why this is still my favorite out of the three books! One word, one man Harrison aka HARRI!! He knew he want Dil from the start and he wasn't taking no for an answer. Even though Ny wasn't feeling it at first, I will say that her and Abe's love for her was greater, and they just wanted her to be happy. I hope in 2025 (2 years later) we get an update soon.

I loved this story. I loved this one beter than the first one, not to say the first one wasnt good. I just loved Harri, and how he opened right up, at first he was nerve wracking. Then I felt like him and Dill belonged together. It was a perfect love story. I will be starting the last and final book later today to see what happens to Dill and Harri.!!!! Awe

I was really excited to read this book after reading Plus One which got me back into reading. If i’m being honest the beginning was boring me but I just knew she wouldn’t disappoint me….AND DIDNT!!! Boy oh boy was I not bored anymore lol. The way my mouth was open at chapter 18 😮‍💨😮‍💨 whewwweeee! Dillion was having her way and then some okay. I can’t wait to see how book 3 goes.

After reading book one I was not sure where this book would lead them but i sure didn’t think Harri would be a big part of this story line. However, I love how again the hard conversations are being had and Able is looking out for Dill. I know it’s hard and I hurt for NeyNey because I knew she would take it the hardest. This is something I think is more of what dill wanted but it also allowed her to experience something great beforehand. Harri was new to all of this but once he allowed him self to be open to the idea after getting his friends blessing it was a go. Dill and Harri move slow and it’s a little awkward at 1st because how to you transition with it not being your normal move on from one relationship to the next you’re still living with your boyfriend and girlfriend while working through feelings. Harri is more take care and be patient with it but very loving and observant. Don’t get me wrong because I still love me some Abel and he is all those things just lives more on the out loud side of things. ROME took me over the edge and baby what a ride. I know that’s where things took the big turn and Dill knew it too. I really do appreciate how these books have been written and im able to see it from all sides. Everyone might have different positions now, but the ending literally had me in tears and its not my life. I don’t know if I could do it.

I absolutely adored Dillion and Harrison. The regression of their relationship was amazing to watch. Ney was selfish but I’m glad she was finally able to see past herself to let Dillion be happy. This was a great read.
