Rhett is a man obssesed with Natalia at first sight he craves her, wants her, but she's a payment for her fathers debt she will never willingly submit to a man like him, or could she? Well written steamy, BDSM, D/s, dub-con, romance.

I had no idea this book has BDSM touch in it but non con is my poison so yeah gonna over rule the BDSM. But bratty sub was never my kink, so yeah
Call me weird, but the scene that got me so perk up was the moment when he cold blooded ends three thief stupid enough to steal his merchandise.

Overall, an okay read for me.

Make you Mind

Natalia has been sold to Rhett by her father in order to pay his debt. Rhett has a *slight* obsession with her and wants her to submit to him. Unfortunately for him, she has a free spirit and doesn't want to submit to him or anyone else. Will she give in to his demands and submit to him, or will he maybe open up to her and hope that she submits?

This is a fairly short story that focuses more on Natalia's submission and the journey she and Rhett take getting to that point. There are a lot of triggers in this book, including kidnapping, dr*ugs, and dub con material, so please be mindful of your triggers.

I loved the connection Rhett and Natalia have. It's chaotic and imbalanced, but they go well with each other despite their initial setup. Rhett "owns" her but doesn't necessarily treat her as such a majority of the time. He also is very protective of her, which I found sweet in a way.

One thing I didn't care for was why Rhett had her set up in the club and had a contract done for her so that anyone could do what they wanted except have physical sex with her? If he didn't want her messed with, why bother at all? It just didn't make sense and didn't add to the story at all.

If you are looking for a 90min dark romance read that’s a stand-alone with an HEA then this book is for you! I love series as much as the next dark romance fan, but sometimes it’s nice to have a one shot book as well. This book had all the great elements (and a discreet cover, which I always appreciate)- over the top anti-hero, sassy heroine, some suspense elements and a lot of spice. Usually I’m not a big fan of books that have more d/s elements but this was not overdone in the story. I also loved the overarching aspect that Rhett saved Natalia from a worse fate because if her dad was willing to sell her to him, he would do it with someone worse. This is a debut author, so for a first attempt I’m impressed and excited to see what they bring next!.

BDSM intro, this is not

Rhett, a well invested BDSM Club owner, ran his legitimate business while running his more unique work behind the scenes, making him a wealthy man. When one man doesn't pay off his debt on time, he uses his own child as a bargaining chip to pay Rhett back.

Rhett may not be one for buying or selling people, but he decides to accept the payment and make Natalia Leonard work in his club for the foreseeable future. Better that than the man turning around and selling her off to a far more despicable person.

While Natalia isn't accustomed to the life of a sub, she is given no choice but to be guided and trained by the man who accepted her as payment. But with her spitfire attitude, Rhett has become far more involved than he planned.

This is a fast-paced read that is dark and messy, so check those warning labels.

Thoughts: this was a quick and enjoyable read, but overall felt quite average. The obsession the mmc had for the fmc felt rushed, I would’ve loved a bit more development with it to really build the tension between the characters. But I did enjoy the spice and dynamic between the characters.

This book is a dark mafia romance. It's a novella so it's not too long. Classic case of a father owing money to a mafia man and trading his daughter instead. Natalia then ends up in Rhett's club told she has to submit for customers. Let's say it doesn't go as planned or very well. I do like the book cover dark and pretty.

This is a dark and twisted romance story. Fast paced and runs you through all your emotions. Keeps you hating the man and loving the chemistry. Multiple triggers so be cautious.
Loved this book and the characters. Rhett loved Natalia in his own twisted way and she just didn't know what to think. She in turn loved him in her own needy way.
Definitely a must read if you can work through triggers.

Exactly what you expect. Dark romance with sub and Dom influence. It would have honestly been GREAT if the author would have slowed the hell down and added some more to the story. Don't get me wrong, we're all here for the smut, but I wanted a little bit more story to it.
We get jumps in the story, and over about 13 pages, the MFC was already in love with the MMC and pregnant.
But 3 stars because it was a fast-paced, smutty book, which is exactly what I was searching for.

When Natalia’s father bargains her for his freedom with Rhett, little does she know she will eventually fall for his darkness and charm. The story was hot and steamy when it came to this couple. Every moment between them kept me looking forward to how their ending would go.

This book had a lot of potential and while it was decent it didn't completely blow my mind. I didn't understand the sudden obsession Rhett had with Natalia and it felt kinda rushed IMO. I couldn't quite understand the plot - it could have benefited having more detail.

I feel as if the plot of this book was just absolutely horrendous. I get that everyone has their own preferences in relation to who they choose to engage in romantic and sexual relationships with but I feel like this book was only about that. There was no plot whatsoever in my opinion. I do give credit to the main male lead to helping the lead female character leave her abusive father and background but besides that, there was nothing good that came out of this book whatsoever.

If you love a dark romance with heavy enemies-to-lovers vibes, grab this book immediately! Rhett is the kind of character who makes the "brat" in me want to sit down and STFU.

Natalia might be the "payment" for her father's debt, but she is anything but submissive. She’s a total brat, and even though Rhett needs a well-behaved sub, you can tell he secretly loves her fierce spark. The power struggle between these two is electric. It’s steamy, intense, and so, so good!
