18 Crimes is my new true crime series featuring what else, 18 Crimes. I have other series that focus on specific types of crimes such as women who kill and kids who kill etc. The main focus of this series will also be true crime murder but it will feature some offbeat crimes and won't focus on any specific group.

More true crime
This is a new series from Les MacDonald, and I like it. The cases covered do not fall into a particular category; it's just true crime.
The stories in this volume are varied and interesting, most taking place before the advent of DNA, so the crimes were solved the old-fashioned way, with footwork and brainwork. And law enforcement was dealing with some bad characters.

Finally Les is back
I loved this book I am a big fan of Les MacDonald and had been waiting patiently for his next Hell hath series but this book is even better because its a mixture of different crimes. I love that he always includes pictures its important to be able to put a face to the victims and the bad guys. I have always liked the way his stories are short and get right to the point without leaving out anything pertinent to the story. This is now one of my new favorite series and trust me I have read them all. I will be recommending this series to all my true crime fans as well as fans who like to read about interesting stories of how some people end up.

Reading about the many crimes in this book, it is a startling reality. So many people have committed heinous crimes in this world. The author has put together the stories eighteen murders, including pictures. I found them compelling, if horrendous tales. It is a shock to know what lies under the surface, and in the personality of killers.
