Cohen knew something had changed the moment he saw the smiling, laughing man across the crowded bar. After a string of bad dates and terrible relationships, his expectations had hit rock bottom…until a smiling pup stepped into his arms and into his life.
However, nothing is simple as Cohen dives into the curious relationship between his pup, his pup’s boy, and the three of them together. With Cohen learning what it means to be in a relationship with two men and Bishop learning what it means to be a Daddy, there’s no way to hide how they’re coming to feel about their boy.
When a Dom, an unexpected switch, and a little finally open up, anything can happen.
Author’s Note: This is book two in the Our Love series and should be read in order.
Note to self: Stop trying to read M.A. Innes. This author is not for you.
I have lost track of how many times I’ve started and DNF-ed one of this author’s books. Mostly I don’t even catalog them because I barely get a couple chapters in. I get why a lot of people are into these books, but I just cannot.
They are so cringe for me. And before you get up in arms about me kink-shaming, it’s not the kink that makes me wince and roll my eyes and want to find some way to edit a novel post-publication. It’s the blushing. And the giggling. And the grown-ass adults acting like they’re freaking five years old, while everyone around them just thinks they’re so darn cute.
And I’m not talking about when a Little is in his Little headspace! That would be understandable. But every sub in these books is apparently incapable of mature adult interactions without either blushing, giggling, or flirting in the most unfunny way possible, which inevitably makes every character in the vicinity throw back their heads in uproarious laughter.
I enjoy the kinks depicted in these books, but it gets real weird for me when I start doubting the characters have an adult-level intelligence and competence in every single scene, whether they are engaging in age-play or not.
Finally Little and Pup moment. With the way things were playing out it seemed like the problem in the relationship. Nope. The two duos have successfully become a trio and things go smooth sailing. Ian gets his first scene and it is mostly focused on Ian. Felt sorry for Bishop's pup getting left behind. I vaguely remember where this one left off since I jumped straight onto the last part. The friend sleepover was interesting. So many spin offs I have to read. Still cute.

As the relationship between the three men deepens Little Ian first needs to become more comfortable with his Daddy and have lots of time for play, cuddles and being tucked into bed at night. He also needs to get used to his Uncle Cohen who is definitely a soft touch compared to Daddy. Prepare for fun and games as a Little gives his Daddy and his Dom lessons on how to handle Littles who have had alcohol or were too exuberant.
I enjoyed this part of the story which focused on In the Little of the trio who was adorable but also very demanding when he was in that headspace. I loved the way that Bishop had to be the strict Daddy who could also spoil his boy but that Uncle Cohen was the bad influence who could spoil him too much - a role that he seemed to relish while giving Bishop advice. Easy to read, feel and understand. I enjoyed this story with the links back to the Leashes and Lace series and the characters Archer and Declan who are featured in this book Beautiful Shame Book 4 Emerson's story is told in this book Owners & Dolls This MMM story contains mature content of BDSM-like natures like DDLB, D/s, puppy play, diapers, stuffies and binkies.
This is the second book in the series and I really enjoyed Our Pup, our boy was slightly irritating. I get the title and really just about the entire thing is about Ian but with the discovery that Bishop is a switch and is now a Daddy Dom which is fine....but he's a pup too and I wish that was taken into more account in Ian's story (it appears that what I am asking for will be happening in the 3rd book based off of the blurb.) I can understand why it's under the 3rd book of Our Dom it still seems fitting to at least have Bishop showing his pup even under his own rule of showing his pup before becoming intimate with someone....
Oh and the amount of times the word "cute" or he "was/is so cute" was used was beyond obnoxious then his nickname being cutie....way way too much!
Our Boy is the second book in the Our Love series by M.A. Innes. This story is a MMM and is about Bishop, Cohen and Ian.
Bishop needed a change and goes to visit his online friend, now he gets to visit his favorite online store Leashes & Lace. When he attends a party he meets Ian and later Cohen.
Cohen was immediately into the smiling man he saw at a party. After the last bad dates his expectations hit rock bottom.... but Bishop changes it.
Ian can't remember the last Daddy that he dated. Working for Leashes & Lace is nice but lots of subs but no Daddies. Until a certain pup comes to town.
This story is about a pup, a Little and a Dom.
I loved Bishop, Cohen and Ian's story so much. It was sweet, sexy, full of feels, fun and very well written. I really recommend this series!
For an “in between” novel (book 2 in a 3 book series) Our Boy “exceeds expectations.” Seriously. It. Is. So. Adorable. In book one we are introduced to Cohen, Bishop, and Ian, but book two is all about their evolving relationship - with an emphasis focusing on how Ian’s little builds a relationship with Bishop. My FAVORITE scene in the whole series is the slumber party in which Bishop and Cohen inevitably have to sweep in and save the day. Lane, Emerson, Ian…the whole crew is adorable and get some pink drinks in them and it ratchets up to freaking adorable - and is like the last quarter of the book. We get to see Bishop’s pup come out and how the three of them slowly find their places in each other’s lives. MMM, HFN, zero angst, 100% saccharine sweetness.

This is my review of the 3-book set. I adore each story!
This was a wonderful romance, featuring three amazing men. Bishop needed someone who really understood him, and he found that in both Cohen and Ian. Over time, Bishop's separate relationships with the other men grew into an unbreakable bond between all three. These are terrific characters, and they made me smile. Their romance is sweet and sexy, with some very nice kink thrown in for good measure. I like how this author gives us glimpses of beloved characters, as she does here. I can't wait to see how she revisits these lovers in future books. They are good individually and fantastic together. I loved this!
This was amazing. There is so many layers to these guys and their story. Not only are they learning new things about themselves they are also overcoming things from the past. Love comes faster than trust. And it’s not just trusting each other. They have to trust themselves as well. I think what I love most is how well we get to know and connect with the characters throughout their story. And we haven’t even gotten to the best part yet. What a great read.
Loving this series Cohen, Bishop and Ian have an unusual relationship. Cohen is a Dom who fell for Bishop who is a pup, Bishop fell for Ian who's a little, which also makes Bishop a Daddy. The three work so well together, nothing fazes Cohen, and while Bishop is adjusting to being a submissive pup and a daddy Cohen is there to help. Ian loves all the attention and knowing his daddy tells his Dom everything they do. Must be read in order, Our Pup then Our Boy to fully enjoy
I love spending time with Bishop, Ian, and Cohen and seeing them growing closer. I love the humor and sweetness and the crazy friends they have. My favorite part was when Ian and Emerson and other littles got drunk on slushies and somehow Ian and Emerson got tied together and the video phone call to Bishop and Cohen that whirled around the house and made Bishop dizzy. Looking forward to the next story.
This is the second book in this trilogy and I am absolutely loving it. These three are so funny and cute together. I loved getting to see more of their journey together and I can’t wait to read more.
Awe... this was so sweet. Super funny and tons of cheeky and bratty moments. This universe of character has to be one of my favorites. Can't wait for book three.
