This book was actually really cute. The first few chapters I wasn’t sure about it, the writing seemed juvenile and there were spelling errors. But I stuck with it and glad I did. The writing either got better or the story developed enough for me not to care.
This book reminds me of a Christmas hallmark movie but with sex lol. And honestly the story was heartwarming to me. I’m glad it wasn’t just sex, sex, sex through the whole book. Obviously once the seal is broken they do it a lot but it wasn’t overboard and you could still focus on the story. I really appreciated that. The ending was happy and I even teared up a little reading about how Bailey gets a gift from Jaces family.

This was an enjoyable holiday read. Jace needs a fake fiance. So he has Bailey play the part. Everything goes well with them. However, Jace has a hard time doing serious relationships. Thankfully in the end everything works out and they get their happy ending.

This is a great steamy read. Jace s known as the Billionaire Bachelor and doesn't believe in love or relationships. His sister tells Grandma that he's engaged and he doesn't want to hurt Grandma. He hires a matchmaker to find him a fake Fiancée. Bailey is the owner of the matchmaking company. She needs the money to help jer business so she agrees to pretend to be his fiancee for two weeks. But the best laid plans can't predict what will happen.
This is a great story which is written in a believable way and left me feeling happy for this couple.

Professional matchmaker meets her own match in this engaging seasonal romance! I enjoyed the way the story starts, with alone in the world Bailey stressing that she may lose her business without a cash investor; whilst, in another part of the city, billionaire Jace needs a fake fiancee to take home for Christmas when an online misunderstanding leads to his elderly grandmother thinking he’s engaged. Mutual friends introduce them and Bailey tries to find Jace a woman to suit his situation. I loved the way that, despite the predictability of Jace insisting on Bailey herself ‘playing’ the role – this doesn’t detract from the reader’s enjoyment of the story. The characters are really likeable, especially Jace’s family who welcome lonely Bailey with open arms. The ‘will they, won’t they’ trope within the tale is complicated by the fact that Jace has been badly stung before and is relationship-shy. Despite that, the chemistry between them soon escalates. I really liked the by-play between the two of the main characters and the way the story is told with dual p.o.v. A great read with a satisfying HEA.

I’m completely reading this series out of order but I figured since the stories don’t mesh together it wouldn’t make a difference. When I saw this author was continuing the Alpha Billionaire series after “Baby Surprise” I was elated. I wasn’t expecting it and come to find it’s not one, but two more Christmas themed stories. I had to read this one, it’s right up my alley with what I go for and this did not disappoint. This had everything the last few books were missing. There was heat, seduction, wining and dining and extravagance. Everything I look for in a billionaire book. Bailey and Jace were a wonderful couple, I loved them together and especially with how they meet. I loved the characters, they had depth and I got to know them in more detail compared to the last few books. So far out of the series I think this one takes the cake with the best one thus far, but we will see. The next one I will be reading is also out of order but I wanted to stick with the Christmas theme.

Bailey has out her whole life into her matchmaking business and is struggling to make it successful. One day Jace comes to her for a fake fiancé which is against her beliefs but ends up agreeing due to his extremely generous deal. These two have an instant connection and try hard to keep it professional but fail horribly. I love how Jace becomes a caring and loving man with Bailey and she gets a family to enjoy the holidays with. This is a very beautiful love story! The last thing Jace wants is a wife, so he decides to hire someone to pretend to be his fiancée, and ends up taking Bailey, the owner of a dating company, as his fake fiancée. Bailey’s business is struggling and she needs an investor, so she agrees to Jace’s proposal. However the electric spark between them both leaves it difficult for them to maintain a fake relationship of any sorts! An amazing story that will have you falling in love with the characters! Such a heartwarming storyline, this is definitely a book you won’t want to leave down! Loved this book!.

A Fake Fiancée for Christmas is the first book I have ready by Ava Gray, and I just devoured it in one sitting. My favourite trope (fake relationship) handled flawlessly. And elements of instalove (though neither Jace and Bailey would ever admit to that - at least not at the beginning...) I will confess, I didn't love Jace at the very start - but not too far in, he becomes a swoon-worthy book boyfriend. And Bailey is so authentic that you are just rooting for her to find her HEA. Together their chemistry could very well set a Kindle on fire. And the supporting cast...! The book is part of Ms Gray's Alpha Billionaires series and I will definitely be looking up the others.

Very cute story. Somewhat predictable but that’s why I read these romance novels. Love the story how they fell in love even though neither was looking for it. Poor beautiful girl, hot, handsome billionaire. They both need each other for something so they forge a deal. It’s all business until it isn’t. The ONLY real part of the story I had a problem with is Jace not revealing what his former fiancé had done. Like it was a huge secret. My guess is it was probably something she could have googled since a billionaire being left at the alter would have been a big deal and news worthy. I love everything this author writes. Good story.

I felt in love with this beautiful storyline, an opposite attract professionally and personally that take you off your feet and waltz you into an incredibly addictive and heartwarming story, at moments heartbreaking and yes I cried. You will live through the complete range of emotions; sadness, madness, lots of dramas and misunderstandings happened in it. The relationship between Bailey and Jace is one of the best in the genre. I highly recommended it.

This was a fun and delightful story to get lost in. Due to a mix up, Jace is in need of a fiancée so that he does not upset his family. When he reaches out to Bailey, who is a matchmaker, they come to an agreement that would help both of them.
Feeling become real and passion rises. This is a well written story with ups and downs. The love and caring Jace shows not only to Bailey, but when he is with his family made the a great story to dive into.

Sweet and steamy
Personally, I prefer books more sweet and less steamy, so I skipped those bits. There were more than a few.
I liked this book, though it was a bit predictable. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I guessed what was going to happen and then it did. There was a great HEA though and a few surprises there.
Another great thing about this book is that it didn't have any spelling mistakes or wrong word usage or grammatical errors that I picked up on.
Overall a solid read.

I thought this was such a sweet romance. Jace needs a fake fiancée and ends up hiring Bailey. As they spend time together, we can actually see them fall in love and it was just so romantic in many ways. I thought the characters were likable and adored that family was really emphasized in this story. I found this book entertaining and enjoyable to read.

Fantastic Christmas story. Bailey's matchmaking business isn't doing very well. Jace goes to her office as he needs a fake fiance to take home for Christmas. I am a sucker for a fake fiance romance; I am also a sucker for a spicy holiday book that reads like a Hallmark movie. This book has all that and more. I love the mc's backstories; it gives them depth and helps you understand where they are coming from and their hesitancies for love. The dialogue was on point; I just wish there was more of it. And the spice and HEA were so good. Ava Gray is becoming a one-click author for me.

She recommended several woman but he didn’t want them he wanted her and would make it worth her while. Bailey who is desperate to save her business takes the deal. Great chemistry and loved the story.
