This is the book that helped me see how much I struggling from trying to squelch my anger all the time, meanwhile it was leaking out all my seams. While I'm not sure the book helped me makes tons of progress, it created a safe place from which I could ask for help.
This book had opened my eyes about what anger really is and how important is express it Omán appropiate way. Without any doubt it is a very useful and easy-to-read book. I like it a lot and I recommend it widely.
Another book that was read over time first thing in the morning. The book focuses on Anger, sometimes a misunderstood emotion. There were many good sections of this book, including workshop ideas to use.
There were a few sections that I purposely missed as it focuses of Anger in Children, and, not having Children were irrelevant to read.
One of the best books I've ever read to help heal your anger issues. It gives tips, reasons, solutions, practices, and it explains that anger is a physical emotion and can not be bottled up. This book was genuinely insightful, and I recommend it to anyone learning how to cope with bottled up emotion, or anger in general.
