A small northwestern town's heart of darkness is laid bare when evil comes to call! McCutcheon is a serial killer who finds himself no longer the hunter, but the hunted, as the authorities and some . . . thing chase him through the forest. Kelly Mathis is a small-town sheriff who must face old fears as she encounters the "boogieman" of her childhood. Buddy Wilcox is a family man whose father's brutal slaying still haunts him years later. Thirty years ago, a Predator came to town. Now these four kindred spirits are drawn together, toward an explosive conclusion!
Oh shit, Buddy and Peggy cheating on their spouses with each other? Ooh boy, that's not a very good thing you all are doing there. Now the Predator is gonna come and kill you both for being unfaithful like that....... or instead, kill Peggy's abusive boyfriend. Honestly, that was probably for the best, he's an abusive asshole, and they all deserve to get chopped up by the Predator. Also, that one guy in the jail cell started calling the Predator God, so does that mean he is gonna form a cult around the Predator now? Honestly, I'd like to see that, cause that would be a twist on the formula that I would not be expecting. Then again, there's always some kind of religious nut in these kinds of stories, so it isn't TOO surprising.
