I fell in love with this story!!!! Xo is cupid and she has a problem she wants to experience true love, romance but cupids can't "find love" how evil is that for cupids, so she had a plan ask Santa for love since ge grants wishes. This is where Arson enters he is Santa and he's lost his Xmas spirit until he finds a letter from Xo who explains to him her wish. He feels something for her he doesn't know what but he's going to find out what it is.
And the plan happens between them he'll teach her about love/romance and she'll bring back his spirit of Christmas. And boy did he slow her into love. Gentle kisses, dry humping and LORD HIS CANDY CANE PEENIE!!!! FUDGE ME UP!! These two were so made for one another even if they felt they couldn't be together. So it was alot of Pinning we did get a tiny hiccup when it gets closer to Christmas. But I love that they worked it out. We get some side charas that I can't wait to see.

3.75 ⭐️ The perfect mix of Christmas naughty and nice!

I saw quite a lot of my Goodreads friends read this novella, and it sounded great. So obviously, it being in Kindle Unlimited, I picked it up, oh, my, was this the perfect book to send 2022 away.

Xòchitl is Cupid. Well, she’s one of them. Everyone in her family is a cupid, and their job is to spread love to any and all that the Fates have deemed mean-to-be. The only qualm is that, as cupids, love is never to be for themselves. It’s frowned upon for a Cupid to even want to feel love or a close connection to anyone. But Xò knows what she wants. And with Christmas just around the corner she decides to ask Santa for her one, true love. Now, she doesn’t know if Santa is real or not, but she’s supposed to be a myth, so why can’t the red suited, jolly, ol’ man be real? And also, what is she to do when wakes up a week before Christmas to a draegyn named Arson claiming to be Santa?

This was delicious, even if the writing is not the best or the dialogue is stilted at times. The obvious dom/sub implications, wanting their personalities to be so pronounced and inherent into those roles didn’t really work for me… that being said, it’s just gorgeous monster smut. If you’re looking for amazing plot and storytelling, skip this one. But if what you’re looking for is a good time with copious amounts of cümk!nk… seriously, there’s so much… then a hundred percent give this one a go!

So… Naughty Christmas Monster Smut? Yes, please!

🔯The Plot- Man, I have to say that for a holiday romance, this book was ACTUALLY meaningful, it was.... informational, and had GREAT chemistry b/w MCs.

❎You come across holiday romances, where the MCs are one and done in Page 2. There's smut and some drama and then bam, the kids.

❎But, no, it's not what happened here. Even though this was also under 200 pages. It wasn't just filled with sexy scenes and tension and baby-making.

❎No, this was wholesome, like..... watching the Grinch movie for the first time. you learn so many things and you also enjoy the spirit of holiday.

❎I have so much to say, but the mystery should go on.

❎This is a supernatural romance, so I suggest you shouldn't miss this one , because even though every book is different, THIS book is from a whole another multiverse of Christmas Romances.

❎DO GIVE THIS A CHANCE.

Xo is a cupid, a pink cupid who wants to know what love is. She watches the pairings of people who find their happily ever after to only wish for her own. It is not something that happens to cupids though but this Christmas she finds out about Santa who makes wishes happen. With a plan in place and some letters to Santa, Xo ends up having Arson (Santa) show up to find his holiday spirit again. The two of them have a plan to help each other out but in doing so find they cant seem to let each other go.

This was delightful. Xo is a bit naïve in some ways and precocious in others. Arson is a grump at times but with Xo he is smitten. Really creative story.

This was a cute Santa/Cupid retelling, just in time to find the Christmas Spirit. Xo is a cupid who wants badly to find love, but Cupids are forbidden from love. They just get the task of giving it to others, but can't receive Cupid's gift themselves. Arson is a Draegyn, and he's a Santana...as in Santa. With a candy cane d*ck and peppermint c*m. That's right! I laughed long and hard. Pun intended.

Anywho, cute, sweet Xo writes not one, not two, but FOUR letters to Santa, asking him to find her true love. He sets out to Mistletoe Hollow and makes Xo a deal. He'll find her true love, if she can help him find his Christmas Spirit.

So they set off to do all of the Christmasy things, and slowly but surely he teaches her how to please a man, and she brings him on all of her Christmas errands. Tree, check. Peppermint coffee, check. Santa's aroused reaction to said peppermint coffee, check check check. When he praises her and tells her to come sit on Santa's lap, I lost it. Well done for the banter and spice! The story itself was a little silly and cheesy, but hey, I knew what I was getting into when I read the title!

I like the idea of Xó Amor as Cupid who wants love for herself too, but... She's pink, she's obsessed with everything Christmas and she's a centuries-old virgin - she literally screams Innocence from the roof - in complete contrast to her siblings and Arson Santanas himself - in this context it almost seemed like he was taking advantage of her innocence.

Maybe it's because peppermint has definitely never been my favorite flavor, but I think from now on I'll gag just at the sight of a candy cane.

I consider myself a Grinch most of the year, but something about the holidays really brings out my inner Who and I’m not even mad about it.

After all, ’tis the season for warm blankets, hot cocoa, and spicy romances! And, boy, is this one a real mint. Seriously, you all, this one made momma blush hardcore 🥵

What I liked about the book:
1. We’re in a judgment-free zone here, right??? So, I feel like I can be totally honest with you…I’ve been looking for something just like this!

As a surprise to absolutely no one who has read, literally, ANY of my reviews, I am a huge fan of older men. Give me a man with a good decade head start on me and I’ll be putty in his hands. So, let’s think about this: why wouldn’t I be down with Santa smut??? I’ve been fully embracing the spirit of the holidays and reading a lot of it lately. BUT I’ve also had this little devil on my left shoulder telling me to read about red men with horns and wings…Enter Arson!

Leather, lip rings, and a large peppermint stick (yes, it’s exactly what you think) went a long way for me. He was a punk rock, dragon dom and I loved every bit of him. From his big heart to his skills at tying a very special person up with Christmas lights, he was everything.

Let’s just say, I’ve never read monster romance, but this is probably my gateway drug and I’m not ashamed in the least.

2. For an erotic novella, this had such good worldbuilding that it was crazy! I’m a total mythology nut, so I loved learning all about the Cupids and the Draegyns, as well as other beings. It was very well thought out and described in this just 40k word novella and I enjoyed it a lot.

3. There were enough characters that it wasn’t confusing, but there was plenty of room left for spinoffs! I love spinoffs, and the fact that we were already teased with some past between Xo’s brother and Arson’s brother, gave me the butterflies of excitement that there is more planned!

4. Above all, this novella got the holidays right. It felt charming and sweet in the way only a good holiday book or movie can.

5. Ok, I’ve seen the reviews, some people think this is utter ridiculousness. I disagree, but based on the fact that I went into this knowing it was:

– a Christmas book (they can get away with more shit than regular books)

– a novella (they are so short, you have to suspend a lot of disbelief sometimes)

– monster smut (yeah, well, I guess it works for some people (*cough**cough*) and doesn’t work for others)

Would a guy with a hooked candy cane cock be ridiculous to me in any other setting? ABSOLUTELY! But here, I can’t explain it, it just WORKS….a lot.

What could have been better:
Something that can make this sexual deviant blush multiple times in such a short page length deserves no feedback….except the writing wasn’t perfect. But fuck it, I DID NOT CARE.

Final Thoughts:
You ever have a yearning so intense that nothing seems to satisfy it and then something finally does? Yeah, that was this book for me. Maybe it can be for you too 😉

This one really surprised me!! No, I mean literally because I wasn’t expecting a candy cane curved dick LOL.

She is Cupid, and she is looking for love. He is Santa himself, but in dragon form. He has fangs, wings, and peppermint cum. Y’all, this was fun hahaha. She writes letters to Santa, asking for his help in finding love. He senses something in her letters, and decides to visit her a couple of days before Christmas! They make a deal: he helps her find love, and she helps him find his Christmas spirit.

The smut was definitely IT. There are so many things going on in this. He wraps her up like a Christmas tree, candy canes, she is a virgin, no condom used. Just absolutely filthy. But I ate this up!!
