Solid book on very southern Italian cuisine. Divided into classic chapters, meat fish poultry veggies etc.

Enjoyed the information she included about Sicilian food in addition to the recipes. Beautiful pictures but I wish they were labeled.

Great pictures and history of the food and regions of Sicily. It was a great read. Easy to read a few pages, put it down and pick it back up. Learning more about my heritage through food was fun.

Each chapter has an excellent introduction and wonderful photographs. The recipes were great fun to read and refresh with.

Overall, this book is great fun and informative.
