In this sequel to Lost in Manchester Found in Vegas, Ricky is back in America as tour blogger for a Manchester band. As you might expect it is far from a smooth journey with many obstacles for Ricky to deal with along the way.

Another brilliant book from NJ Cartner - I loved it.

While I wouldn't say it is strictly necessary to have read the first book in the series before this one, I would highly recommend it. Ricky is an excellent character to get to know and you will definitely enjoy picking back up with him in this story.

I found it really thought provoking, especially the ideas around media in today's society and our expectations of music. I don't consider myself to be a huge music fan, but it shows just how well this story is told because the scenes featuring the band's gigs came across so vividly. I really enjoyed seeing the author's passion for music shine through in this book.

It was a complete emotional rollercoaster of a story and I found it thoroughly unpredictable. There were some hilarious moments that actually made me laugh out loud.

I would recommend this to everyone who loves a great story.

Thank you NJ Cartner for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
