Mia Ikumi (征海美亜) was a Japanese manga artist best known as the illustrator and co-creator of Tokyo Mew Mew, created alongside writer Reiko Yoshida. She also created and illustrated Tokyo Mew Mew à la Mode and worked on several other shōjo manga. Ikumi began her professional manga career in the late 1990s and was known for her distinctive, charming character designs.
