Holy Damn! I admit that the more I read, the faster I got over Nico's stalker-like and obsessive tendencies. However, I was taken aback by Clara's composure when she learned what he had done. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good book, and I'm eager to read the next one. The two reasons why I gave it four stars were because the beginning wasn't my favorite and I wanted to see her pregnant as well as see them as a family together.

1.5 stars. oof and a half. not the worst I've ever read. the word threadbare is wildly overused (gotta make it clear that she's POOR poor)

This was a very steamy book. I did enjoy this I feel as if it should have had more plot to it instead of all the sex it had but it was a decent fast read. I do not know if I will read the next book but I might.

Nico and Clara meet at the funeral of those who died in a building collapse - her father and his friend. One touch when he returns her dropped necklace is all it takes for the obsession to begin for both of them.
The characters are well developed, obsessive by not scary, heartwarming in their deep feelings and emotions. The storyline shows how perfectly they fit together with understanding and caring personalities. A few hiccups here and there, but they hold tight and do not let go. Loved the ending where they are back at the beginning and the future all in one. Well done.

I liked the chance meeting followed by a m
ajor stalking/ obsession.It came across as sweet,not creepy.There wasn't alot of character development in the female lead,she just blindly took his word as truth and did whatever he said..I like him way more than I liked her, hence the 4 ( I rounded it up from 3 1/2) stars instead of 5.I was an enjoyable,quick read.

OMG! Why don't they make men like this in real life. A growly, OTT alpha billionaire and sweet, innocent young woman. What's not to love. Their chemistry is off the charts with a dreamy HEA. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon with a glass of your favorite wine.

From the moment that Nico spots Clara at a funeral for victims of an accident, he is obsessed, and protects and watchers her from afar. This is a good story which is an emotional roller coaster, quick read, with tragedy, secrets, drama, grief, loss, and love, which leads to an enjoyable page turner.

Nice Quickie
One of my all-time favorite tropes is age gap. And this little book definitely delivers. A chance encounter with Clara is the start off an obsession that Nico can't turn away from. My only con with this book is we didn't get at least one chapter from Clara's pov. I would have loved to see what was going through her mind.

This was a good read. It was short and sweet filled with spice. The storyline was cute, definitely on the darker side but not fully dark. The characters Clara and Nico seemed perfect for eachother. I wish the story was longer and had more details, and that we could see where there story ends up.

LISTEN OK I needed something short sweet and 🌶️ to break up these acotar books

This was an enjoyable quick read. Tragedy brings them together though she doesn't know it.
This book is a instant connection book. But he tries to take care of her without he knowing and eventually can't fight it.
Overall it was a good read.
