Intertwined
Nadia and Miriam Rodriguez Lopez are born into a wealthy family in Mexico. Very close in age, the sisters are mistaken for twins. They share a bond with one another as they live and work together in the city of Monterey. The family is shattered when Nadia is kidnapped by the cartel. A hostage negotiator helps the family deal with the kidnapper's demands, while Nadia, in captivity, plays on the sympathies of her abductor's girlfriend to help her escape. As the story unfolds, unlikely criminal alliances are uncovered, pitted against each other motivated by greed and revenge. Through it all, Nadia and Miriam fight to return to one another, determined to return home to the life they share as one.
