Bible Album: Art Book - New Heart English Bible Edition
٩( ๑╹ ꇴ╹)۶ So... what is Bible Album!? ٩(^‿^)۶
I made Bible Album to shine light on the gentle beauty of scripture. About 1,600 verses were hand picked by myself to be a part of this collection, as well as a unique photo of nature, Creation, to be paired with each verse selection. This is the key theme to this entire work. Pairing the Word of God in text, Scripture, with the Word of God made manifest, the world, Creation, which He spoke into existence in the beginning.
The verses use the New Heart English Bible translation, and the rights to use the photos obtained through various third parties. This art piece is purposely light on commentary or any extraneous factors such as credits. I thank all third parties for providing their work without any requirement of attribution. Besides a short note from myself as the artist at the beginning, this piece is simply me getting out of the way and letting the majesty of the Word of God, both written and manifest, speak for Itself.
TLDR: It's a fun little art project I made! (≧◠‿◠≦)
A special thank you to the supporters and encouragers of this work ᕙ(⇀෴↼‶)ᕗ
May God bless many through this simple offering.

I found that while the book had its moments it was as if I had to thumb through hundreds of memes. Just too much and tedious.

Excellent
Beautiful pictures, with scripture I find it uplifting and moving.. The pictures are an extra to the scriptures which I'm encouraged looking at them i hope this doesn't sound soppy but honest reviews can go that way with this type of books I guess. If it's to be honest that is.

Esdras Etrenne is a man with a heart for the Word of God. He has a desire to make the Scriptures come alive for people. He wants to make them more memorable. In his introduction, he says he hopes the “Bible Album: Art Book” (New Heart English Bible Edition) would surpass the King James Version regarding understanding the Bible. His purpose could not be more obvious when you open his book.
The author has carefully chosen Bible verses from all 66 books of the Bible. Each verse is paired with a photograph of various places in the world. The art is to aid in the digestion of the Scripture. He starts at the beginning with Genesis 1:1 and continues to Revelation 22:17. There is no prose, just the verse and the picture.
I was excited to read this book because I am a Christian and a pastor’s wife. At first glance, I was intrigued by the artwork. The pictures are beautiful. I noticed that pictures of mountains and water were used often. The last church my husband served as pastor was in West Virginia. We lived in a place where each morning we saw the river running across the road and the mountains were next door. I always thought about the power of the water and the firmness of those mountains. God is the same, powerful, and firm.
As I look at each page, the emotions each photo gave enhanced the meaning of the verses. The book is beautiful and eye appealing. There is no commentary, so reading is simple. It is relaxing because you are not trudging through words. It’s just simple.
Personally, I did not care for the ebook format. I wish “Bible Album” was available in print. It would be a great addition to living rooms across the world. The pictures could spur Godly conversations in every home.
Overall, I enjoyed “Bible Album: Art Book” by Esdras Pierre Etrenne. It was fun and inspirational to look at the artwork and read the Scripture. It was a great addition to my personal time with God. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a new and refreshing way to look at God’s Word.

This is a BEAUTIFUL, condensed version of the Bible! Each stunning illustration is accompanied by a verse. It's a perfect companion to a standard Bible, which could be referenced when you want more detail.

Not what I thought.
I was disappointed by this work. From reading the description, I thought it was composed of paintings and other creative artwork. While the photos are beautiful, I wanted historical and contemporary art.

“It’s in the details” is a saying that really fits perfectly for this amazing version of the bible. It’s absolutely stunning and will be reread and loved for many many years. I love it ♥️

Oh geeze, reviewing my own art work. But it's so good! 😊
My unbiased opinion? That this work of art be held to the highest regard. Etrenne, Picasso, Banksy, KJV.
Why would this work merit such status? Bible Album is a work of art that is meant to be medicine for a world in pain. This piece will forever be relevant to the everyday man, woman and child. A work of art that is sure to greatly contribute to the collective human empathy and compassion and therefore set mankind ahead in a way that so many of our pursuits simply can not.
I pray God blesses the world through this work for generations to come. It's a tough world! Full of sorrows and heartbreaks... but there is a light. And this book shines a light on that light.
God's Word, the Holy Bible, all 66 books, are represented in Bible Album. There are 25 of the highest calibre verses represented for each book. To my knowledge, this is the first and only complete work of it's kind.
For each verse that I hand picked to be a part of this collection, I also curated a unique photo of creation, God's word breathed and made manifest, to be paired with the verse. Some pairings were very highly intentional, for example Genesis 1:1 where a picture of the world is paired with the very first verse of the bible. For the most part, the pairings are more general. Still, each photo was specifically selected because of the magnitude of awe that it generates for God's word breathed, His magnificent creation.
To read in color, be sure to use a color supporting Kindle, or use the Kindle app for mobile or tablet devices. The book can also be read in a browser using the Kindle Cloud Reader.
Hopefully this work allows for easier absorption of the beauty of scripture. After all, the Bible is quite long! Some have a hard time picking it up because of it's sheer length. Bible Album is also quite long, 1700+ pages! Each page however, is a highly curated pairing of verse and photo that leaves the reader with an over arching taste of each of the 66 magnificent books of the Bible.
So yea, 5 stars! 😊 By the grace of God's gifts in me. My personal Magnum Opus, Crowning Achievement, and contribution to society that will be a challenge for me to surpass: Bible Album.

Beautiful pictures are in the book.
A lot of the Bible is missing, but most of the sentiment is there
