Cute little 'feel good' book. No new advice in here that I didn’t already know or had heard of before. However, it had some good reminders none the less, with data and statistics throughout. Lots of good “Life Quotes” scattered in the book. An easy read that I would recommend to anyone for some light reading

the majority of the suggestions made for improving positive mindsets were nothing new and so whilst there were aspects of the book that were interesting and supported with research, the book mostly consisted of tips you can find for free elsewhere.

despite that, it is well structured.
