Studies have shown that positive thinking can have a real impact on both your mental and physical health, including lowering your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer and infection. Positivity will lead to a better quality of life, higher energy levels, faster recovery from illness and a longer life span. This book will include instruction on how to think positive thoughts, focus on the good things, practice gratitude and positive self-talk, deal with worry, anxiety and negativity and how to start every day on a positive note.
Cute little 'feel good' book. No new advice in here that I didn’t already know or had heard of before. However, it had some good reminders none the less, with data and statistics throughout. Lots of good “Life Quotes” scattered in the book. An easy read that I would recommend to anyone for some light reading
the majority of the suggestions made for improving positive mindsets were nothing new and so whilst there were aspects of the book that were interesting and supported with research, the book mostly consisted of tips you can find for free elsewhere.
