I wasn’t prepared for how great it would be to see Lourdes after all these years. Or how explosive.

This is book three in The Lost Hearts Found series and it is Lourdes and Spence’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Lourdes and Spence have history as they used to be so in love until it all blew up in their faces breaking them apart leaving them both heartbroken and Spence leaving town. Spence is now back in his hometown after being away for ten years and now he has taken a job as a paramedic but when he sees Lourdes again after so many years she is definitely not happy to see him and she is still angry because she thought that he cheated on her all those years ago but there was more to it and he couldn’t tell her what happened because it would have break a trust which he promised that he wouldn’t do but he thought of Lourdes every single day and never stopped loving her so he was hoping that now he could get her to trust him again and give them a chance of being together but he knows that it will not be easy. Lourdes is so angry that Spence has returned after so many years after everything that he had done and the heartbreak he had caused her so now all she wants is for him to leave again so that she can go back to her life but things don’t always go as planned. What will happen when everything is revealed and Lourdes realised that things were not what she thought they were and by not listening and trusting Spence she had lost ten years with the man that she never stopped loving but will they be able for to move past everything that had happened between them and eventually be able to move forward and get the happy ending that they both really deserved. This book took you on a emotional journey and I really couldn’t put it down and read it in one sitting because I was totally hooked right from the first page and it kept my attention right until the last page and I definitely recommend that you read this book and you will not be disappointed and I can’t wait to read more books in the future.

Spencer and Lourdes broke up over a misunderstanding. He was a chivalrous knight for another, refusing to tell secrets. He thought he was worthy of Lo's trust but she believed her eyes and couldn't bring herself to believe his words. Ten years later, Spencer is back in town and he still pines for Lo. She's the one that got away and he'll do anything to get her back.

Such a sweet story with minimal racy language. Visits with Lo's Gam-Gam and the "fake" dates they go on based on those she remembers the youngsters taking are the highlights for me. Their love is rekindled in the midst of her grandmother's struggle with Alzheimer's. His unfaltering support for her family is admirable and so sweet. Lourdes couldn't ask for a better man, even when she was pushing him away from fear and anger. His heart never swayed from its desire - his true love, his Lourdes.

I hope there will be more visits to the Falls. Wonderful characters, one and all, even Edin.

This is the third book in this series, and this is Spence and Lourdes’ journey. Lourdes is not having the best of times, especially after 10-years where her cheating ex-boyfriend is back in town, and her grandma believes they are still together. These two were torn apart by misunderstandings, but can they overcome the past and have another chance at being together? This is a well written story which is emotionally charged, with family, friendships, humor, witty banter, trust, revelations, romance, second chances, and love, which leads to an entertaining, sweet, and heartwarming page turner.

Ten years ago, a misunderstanding drove them apart, but now he is back, and things are about to get really complicated. She can't believe that he is back and wants a second chance with her. A situation with her grandmother soon adds more complications to the issue. Maybe they will finally get things sorted out. In a small town, what affects a few winds up affecting many. I read Throwaway Rules as a standalone although it is Book 3 of Lost Hearts Found. A misunderstanding separated two young lovers for ten years. An enjoyable, easy-to-read love story that follows Lourdes and Spence tracing memories of their time together and falling in love all over again.
