Why do people behave the way they do; creating conflicts at home, school, work, in the neighborhood, or in the communities where they live and do things together. It is easier to think of answers when dealing with people from different family backgrounds. You might just say it’s caused by family background and upbringing. Psychologists talk about Personality, Temperament, birth-order, and upbringing. They say there are four kinds of people-temperaments on choleric, sanguine, melancholic, and phlegmatic.
