UNDERSTAND YOUR ORDINATION AND PATH: The Bible-based Birth-Order Truth that Reveals Who You Are and Why You Exist

Rate this book
Why do people behave the way they do; creating conflicts at home, school, work, in the neighborhood, or in the communities where they live and do things together. It is easier to think of answers when dealing with people from different family backgrounds. You might just say it’s caused by family background and upbringing. But why do seven children born by the same parents behave differently; creating conflicts between parents and children; and creating conflicts between siblings. Astrologers would find the answers in 'individual stars' relating to month and day of birth - Jupiterian, Mercurian, Martian, Saturnarian, Venusian, Apollonian, and Lunarian. Sociologists would blame behavior on environmental factors. When people interact within the society, they devise and develop personal ways of protecting themselves from others; and ways of getting what they want from others. Psychologists talk about Personality, Temperament, birth-order, and upbringing. They say there are four kinds of people-temperaments on choleric, sanguine, melancholic, and phlegmatic. They also talk about four birth-order firstborn, middle child, last child, and only child. This unique birth-order book shows, from the Biblical creation story, there are seven birth-order positions. It shows, not just the behavior pattern of each birth-order position but also the purpose of each birth-order. Purpose determines birth-order; and birth-order shapes behavior. Your personality and behavior is supposed to drive you towards fulfilling the purpose of your existence. Purpose is about why you are here. Personality and behavior are about how you live. Your purpose should define you. When purpose takes its place, it commands personality and behavior. The position of this book is that there are seven birth-order positions, expressing the seven-season pattern in the seven-day creation narrative; and that the numbered position of each child is key to understanding the child’s purpose, personality, and behavior. The eighth child is like a firstborn - the beginning of a second set of seven. David, the great king of Israel was born 8th but he led like a #1. Michael Jackson, the late American singer and musician, was child number 8 but moved like a firstborn. The ninth child is like a second-born. The tenth child is like a third-born. The eleventh child is a fourth-born. The twelfth child is like a fifth-born. The difference between children born in the first seven set and those falling in the second seven set is that the latter are more competitive and pushful than the former. This book will help you understand yourself and others from a Biblical perspective. Why do we need a Biblical perspective on birth-order, purpose, and personality? Simple! Since our Creator who knows us better, has revealed His thoughts through the Bible, it would be a reliable source for gaining understanding about the thoughts of the Creator concerning man. If the Bible has anything to say about birth-order, it would be good to gain that knowledge. It is true that psychology has made great strides towards understanding the power of birth order, it still needs more light from the Creator's Manual. The Bible is the Creator's handbook for understanding creation; and reveals that each person is made for a unique purpose; so, the Biblical perspective of birth-order should not be ignored This book would help couples understand themselves. it would help parents to understand their children. It would help children understand their parents and siblings. It would help team members to understand one another. It would help employers understand their employees; and employees to understand their employers. It would help teachers understand their students. Anyone living or working with people would profit from this book. This book will help you to understand you!
