Silly plot mistakes
One thing that drives me crazy is sloppy plot nonsense. This book lost me 3/4 of the way through when, for no logical reason beyond whatsoever, a character who had been kidnapped could have her feet untied and her gag removed during the unhindered rescue but had to leave her wrists bound because there was "no time" to undo those ropes. Even though there was literally plenty of time to do it and it would have made way more sense. Then, they are chased by a guy WITH A KNIFE, they shoot him once before questioning him in a drawn out conversation and then have to run again but still do not untie the girl. When she asks to be untied, she is good they do not have a knife and it will take too long. Apparently all of these supposedly very smart people are suddenly brain dead morons all so we can keep the girl tied up a little bit longer. Seriously, there were three people and nobody picked up the knife? Also, her hands are tied front of her, can't she just untie them if with her teeth while she walks?
This is the kind d of sloppy writing that ruins books. I stopped reading out of shear irritation at that point and I doubt I will read much else from this author in the future.

Matt is caught up in an professor's experiment with 3 lovely college girl's with unnatural abilities due with time and emotions . He fines out that he's a enhancer to their abilities when they need a boost with their abilities . Task with jobs or assignments with the professor's experiment to unknown times or places . The 4 must stay together at all cost personally as well . recommend reading excellent series .
