Making betrayal even before marriage
A group of friends reliving their addictions to the fullest
An unlikely savior renders aid to a mother and daughter.
A man and his sex doll fall in love
A group of friends play with mirrors
A victim develops feelings for his captor
An installation that follows long after the work is complete.
This is my 3rd read from Nickey and I can’t get enough . I highly recommend this to those who enjoy the macabre.

I enjoyed this series of stories! Each had their own fun twists and kept me interested. The two parter’s (The Bachelorette and Bachelor Party) were my favorites. If you enjoyed this series, I definitely recommend the authors other short story series “Static”.

I absolutely loved each of these stories. Each one immediately had a vibe to it and I couldn't put this book down! Interested in sentient sex dolls? Revenge? Addictions? Or how about rural towns and the people who inhabit them? If so, check this book out immediately!

Another winner by Jason Nickey. Although each story was different they all had just the right amount of gore and sadness. From bachelor and bachelorette parties that went wrong, a crazy sex doll, a utility worker that should have listened to his gut feelings, and so much more. Each of these stories were fast paced and twisted.
My favorite was the story that involved Henry, but needless to say all of them were amazing in their own crazy way. Looking forward to more of this great authors work!

I'm not going to beat around the bush here; there is a reason why Nickey is one of my favorites. This collection of stories is one of the many reasons. Top-notch story-telling, great characters, and the ability to write about pretty much anything.
