Should be 4.5*
It's good, it's intriguing, its fast paced, it's exciting
I rarely if ever give 5*s and this is as close to being one without actually being one
The pace of the book moves along nicely from the beginning and at times at break neck speed. I wanted to read the next bit, just to see what was going to happen next
It's a long book and it needed to be, some authors would have been tempted to turn this into 2 books, I'm glad this wasn't the case
Team of 7 should be interesting

Frighteningly realistic storyline
The story has a depth of character and realistic emotion
s and reactions that makes one fear its based on truth. God help our world as we navigate the realm of power, greed and the fight for control. Axe, Haley and all the characters are likable and easy to picture as you read. Loved the weaving of the storyline to incorporate the "grandmother" as a main thread to promote possible peace between Russia and America. Boldly going where others fear to tread...Go Axe and teammates!

Brad Lee Rocks
I've read all six of this series. As a writer myself, I am amazed at his plotting. Every time I think his characters are at their absolute end, he ratchets up the action to another high and another and another.
His characters too are not just interesting and engaging, they grow, and I read as much for characters as plot.
Hats off, Mr. Lee. Can't wait for number seven.

Nachdem ich bereits die ersten fünf Bücher von Brad Lee gelesen habe war klar, dass auch die nächsten Thriller von mir gelesen werden m ü s s e n !
Ich mag es wie Lee schreibt: spannend von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite. Die extreme Spannung trägt durch das ganze Buch. Die unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen sorgen für ein tiefes Eintauchen in die Geschichte! Schlagwörter gefällig? Erschütternd! Faszinierend! Atemberaubend! Action hoch 3. Genial! Krass! Ein absoluter Pageturner!
Erneut schenkt Lee uns eine Geschichte, die wiederum sofort in den Bann zieht und nicht mehr los lässt. Die geschilderten Ereignisse: erschreckend. Parallelen zum (Welt-) geschehen – durchaus vorhanden.
Actionreich? Check! Intelligent gemacht? Check! Blutig? Definitiv! Beschreibungen? Roh und ungeschönt! Das Setting war fesselnd – und man war mittendrin statt nur am Rand! Von der ersten Seite an kam man sofort in das Buch.
Brad Lee schreibt erneut sehr detailreich und bildgewaltig und die Spannung trug mich in Seitenumdrehen in Höchstgeschwindigkeit durch das Buch. Aufhören? Niemals!
Aber nach dem Buch ist vor dem Buch! Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf das nächste Buch der Reihe und kann es kaum erwarten! Vorhersehbarkeit? Fehlanzeige! Hochgeschwindigkeits-Thriller der Extraklasse!

A definite must read book and series
This was another intense, suspenseful, and extremely complex story that was twisted, as well as terrifying. It included an unusual team, one that you'd never expect to see working together, however it also had a few unexpected yet necessary additions too. It's definitely not a story or series that you'll want to miss!
It's truly terrifying to imagine how easily the things in this book could actually happen. It was strange reading this, especially because I've been telling my family since they were introduced that I will NEVER drive/own/ride in/etc any type of vehicle that has any of the newer tech services in them. Computers and tech are great for many things (until they're not!), but the world has become lazy, expecting computer's to do everything for them. After reading this book, it certainly gives you a lot to think about!
If you haven't already, I would highly recommend reading this series from the beginning. Each book could be read as a stand alone novel, but you'll have a better understanding of the characters, connections, and the dynamics between all of them by reading the series in order. They're all absolutely fantastic stories, and you definitely won't be disappointed!
I wasn't sure if this was the final book in the series or not, but I was thrilled when I saw that book #7 will be coming! Can't wait!!

Non-Stop, White-Knuckle Drama
This book is part of a series that should be read in order as each story builds off the previous one. There were parts of this story that were hard to take. It begins with an attack on the US that the author vividly describes in chapter after chapter of emotional horror. There were other emotionally tough parts with graphic violence that made me put the book down for some hours. This is the first time this series has crossed that line that sends me into nightmares. I hope that it will be the last. The story is good with a well-thought-out plot and compelling characters. Just when you think that the mission is over, another trail is found that leads to more danger. It almost never ends.

A Team of Six (A Great Read, didn't want to put it down)
I have read six in this series , and I can't wait for the next one. Brad Lee has become a favorite Author, Stories are well planned out , researched and written. Sometime you have to think outside the box and be willing to put your life on the line. His team's consistently do this. They have the cohesiveness of a special forces team and a think tank. Love the entire series.

Big Storyline
Having read the five previous books in this series, this one is a much bigger story. In general, it succeeds but a few plot points at the climax stretch the imagination. Then the denouement goes on longer than expected perhaps setting up cliffhangers that will be resolved in the next adventure.

Brad Lee’s Best Yet
Having read every book in the series, this is the best. Tight story line, with lots of action. Should and could be a series better than 24, Jack Reacher, and many others that have made it to television or the big screen. Looking forward with much anticipation- Target:Redacted.

Keeping me engaged
While recovering from an illness is better than the alternative, boredom can easily encompass your routine. Reading this type of adventure only messes with my sleep patterns. I wouldn't have it any other way. Improve nothing. Just don't kill off axe n replace him with brick.

sleep deprived
I just finished reading all 6 of these books in a matter of about 2 weeks. I couldn’t put them down. I am looking forward to getting caught up on my sleep!! The characters were well written. The stories are action packed. I enjoyed every minute and look forward to the next book!

I just finished the last book in the series; I read all six one after the other so, obviously, I liked them.
The characters were interesting - sometimes stretching the imagination - yet believable. I like the continuity of the characters. The plots were believable. Good action. I am looking to forward to a continuation of the series if that is planned.

Another gripping book by Brad Lee; maybe the best yet in this series. Step by step, escalation by escalation, the intensity-and goosebumps-increased. Loved the tie-in to past books’ characters as well. Will wait patiently for Book 7 as clearly there were things left hanging.

Russia???
Another great one from Lee. I really enjoy the thoughts of the characters as they are going through situations. It tends to add a touch of realism.
But who was really behind the threat to take down the majority of world leaders? I suspect we will find out later in the series.
Readers of Andrew Wilson , JT Sawyer would enjoy this whole series.

Don't count America out.
Great read. Action packed from the beginning. The characters fit right into team making it believable. I can't seem to grip how engulfed the action will keep me reading. The plot and discoveries are some real thinking to make it interesting. It just seems to get better, book after book.

Great reads. Done in two days for each book. Not like I have lots of time to read but Brad Lee infects your mind and can’t put them down. Loved the action, the hints of humour, the team honor and whanau (family). Awesome

It takes a team to survive the story.
This entire series of teams is so outstanding that you can not put the story down. This entire series covers the gambit from one bad guy to a entire country.

I love this series. I love the real world - that we all suspect really happens in the gyms, towers, caves, islands and back rooms of the world. It's good to know there are women and men keeping an eye on us all! ;)

This book follows in the same action adventure as the previous five. The teams who you all know by now after reading the first five adventures never let the reader down! Although sometimes far reaching battles you never get bored by the adventure.

A real Thriller
I had to slow my reading down knowing there is only one book left in the series. Every book has been brilliant so thank you Brad Lee. This last book certainly make you think could this happen soon.

what a great series this was
I'm amazed that this author can write so many fantastic novels, I hope that he never stops writing. His books are some of the best Entertainment I have read and worth the time to read them. Thank you for a very fun entertaining read.
