O Caminho de Deus para a Saúde Mental

Rate this book

Então, qual é a resposta? Comece fazendo a pergunta certa.

If you are struggling with negative and death thoughts and want to begin expressing positive and lives giving thoughts, you need this book. This is one of the best books I have read on the battlefield of the mind and God given strategies to overcome the continuous bombardment of Satan's attack on our thought lives. There is hope and victory of winning the war over our mind. I like that this book gives four different perspectives from four different authors. I know this is a constant struggle for me. Now if I can just be self-disciplined enough to put these God given tried and true strategies to work over the battlefield of my mind and start having more peace in my mind.

Wow… I have studied, worked in, and taught mental health. I have struggled with anxiety my whole life, looking at it as something we have no control over. Yes, I was able to keep my anxiety at bay with diet, exercise, and meditation. I still always dealt with it in the back of my mind and always felt it lurking if I wasn’t living my life within the perfect trifecta I created.
Now, I feel as though the elephant on my chest has been lifted and I actually have a chance at peace of mind. I now look at my anxiety as a battle that can be won vs something that’s completely out of my control. I’m very thankful I randomly picked this up at my bookstore.

Literally one of the best books I’ve ever read. It talks about the enemy and the route he takes to get to us- the battlefield of the mind! This book changed my life & I highly suggest it to anyone who struggles with mental health.
