One of the most renowned packs in the entire country chose me to bond as their Omega. Me.

It doesn't feel real, and yet here I am, boarding a private jet to their estate.

But instead of arriving at a mansion to hors d'oeuvres and champagne, I awake injured and half frozen at the heart of the Alaskan wild after a terrible accident.

That’s where he finds me. Everett, the mountain man Alpha with the husky voice and warm scent. He carries me through the snow, back to his cabin where two more Alphas batten down the hatches for the storm of a century.

There’s Huck, who looks at me like I’m something to be cherished. And Dean, who seems to want to unravel me until I’m laid bare.

I’m grateful to them for saving my life, but with each day spent trapped together by the storm, it becomes more and more difficult to remind myself…I’m Knot Their Omega.

HYPNOTIZE is a standalone Omegaverse romance told in multiple points of view. It includes MM and MMFMM and a happily ever after is guaranteed.

Note: The Knot Their Omega series is an interconnected series set in the same universe, but the books can be read as standalones at this point without any issues. I am not aware if the author has plans to change that in future installments, however (the next installment is called Selection, and I guess we will see if there is further integration at that point). So you do not need to read Captivate (the first book in this series) to understand or enjoy Hypnotize at all.

Before I wrote this review I went back and read my review of Captivate, just to familiarize myself with how I felt about that book and see how it might compare to how I felt after reading Hypnotize. Even though I ended up giving them the same rating, I ended up enjoying Hypnotize just a bit more than Captivate, just because of a few different reasons. Both books did, however, have the same flaw that lowered their rating, but in different ways.

Juliet, our FMC, briefly had a cameo in Captivate as she was being promised to a pack in Alaska. It was almost a throwaway mention, but I somehow knew as I was reading that Juliet’s story was going to be the next book in the series. As you can obviously see, I was right. And as the summary states, Juliet never makes it to the pack she was promised to after something horrific happens during her flight. Instead, she ends up alone and stranded during a blizzard in the rural Alaskan wilderness. Thankfully, there are three alphas living off the grid in a cozy cabin and one of them finds a hypothermic Juliet stumbling through the snow before she succumbs to the elements.

Juliet’s promised to another pack, but now she and these three alphas have a few of big problems: Juliet lost everything in the crash (including her heat suppressants), all of their communication to the outside world is down because of the weather, and the snow just won’t stop coming down so any of them can get to the nearest ranger station to see if they have emergency heat suppressants on hand. Three male alphas who have been living in isolation for years without being in the vicinity of an omega? Juliet’s impending heat is bringing the urge to rut mercilessly upon one of the alphas, and the other two are just barely holding back by indulging in mercilessly hot alpha on alpha action (which is one of my favorite omegaverse kinks).

Speaking of kinks and tropes: Hypnotize has a leg up on Captivate by giving me that sweet, sweet forced proximity and deliciously filthy dirty talk. And talk about sexual tension! It’s a taut cord that’s woven between Juliet and Everett (one of our three alphas) throughout about half of this book, and it’s scorchingly hot. Do you have a kink for hot mountain men chopping wood? Then you will love this book.
Lawson weaves a lot of commentary on female agency into this book and Captivate, and it’s much appreciated, but I also appreciate her dedication to bringing emotional depth to her male characters. It could be all too easy to give most of the emotional depth and trauma to the FMC, to make her the focus of everything and make the alphas strong men who know just what they want and how to get it. But Everett, Huck, and Dean aren’t living off the grid in isolated Alaskan wilderness because it was their dream. They’ve seen some stuff, been through some trauma, and have some good reasons to stay apart from society at large. In this book, it’s the alphas who need healing, not the omega. It’s refreshing, and I love that the forced proximity lends itself well to this part of the plot.

As to the big flaw in this book that I also found in Captivate: I found the ending to be too rushed and too easy. And, again, it was the events of the second act that left too little room for a more structured third act that would allow for a more well-rounded climax and ending. When the antagonist in the book has been built up to be such a big bad the entire book and then it seems laughably easy for the protagonist(s) to “escape their clutches”, so to speak, I end up disappointed that for as well written the rest of the book was that the author chose to waste an opportunity to write just as satisfying of an ending. Just because we know the book will end in a HEA doesn’t mean you need to rush through the section where we need to wrap up the section where everything comes to a head.

Still, it’s an excellent omegaverse novel with great characters. It’s a page-turner, and it’s going to cause some thigh clenching. That’s a good time, in my opinion.

I was provided a copy of this title by the author. All thoughts, ideas, views, and opinions expressed herein are mine and mine alone. Thank you.

This review summarizes my feelings perfectly. I'll probably give another book in this series a chance if one is announced. I disliked this one compared to the first one. You win some, you lose some I guess. Here's to better books in the future!

Hypnotize is the next interconnected standlone in the Knot Your Omega series. Lawson delivers an amazing story with all the med angst/sweet omegaverse elements and a pack that you will connect and fall in love with!

The story begins in tragedy for Juliet who luckily survives a plan crash to be rescued by Everett. Returning to his cabin in the wilderness of Alaska, Juliet recovers and tries to make contact with her parents and promised pack.

This read proves that standalone omegaverse stories can have incredible attention to detail with depth to every character. Each of the packmates (Huck, Dean and Everett) compliment Juliet and aid in her character arc, as well as deal with their own issues. The plot had the perfect balance of sweet and angsty banter, p0ss€ssive interactions and tension we love in a forbidden situation.

I reaply enjoyed this whole book but particularly adored the way this story ended. HEAs need to be earned and this absolutely hit the mark! 4.5⭐

Most of the men were sweet to the omega FMC, but overall, I wasn't a fan of the characters. The FMC was way too naive for my taste, and there was a lack of overall character development, especially for the men. By the end, I could only say that one (out of 3) had some useful computer and wound stitching skills (where from? I have no idea), but the other two were just hermits living in the Alaskan wilderness with no other source of income. The alpha Everett was pretty asshole-ish throughout the entire story and made pretty dumb impulsive decisions - not a fan.

The villains in the story were very one-dimensionally evil, and the plot took a sudden turn into an action spy plot with an unbelievable conclusion for an HEA. I didn't find the change in story line and pacing flowed very well. Given how evil the villain was with , I was surprised that the men weren't scared that the villains were going to send to take them out and make them a non-issue.

Riley from the previous book Captivate was mentioned a few times, and her mate Miles had a small cameo, but alas, her villains didn't have any impact in this story.

I didn't really get the dystopian feel of the omega world in this standalone, but I am still interested in checking out future releases in the series for now.

A plane crash brings our FMC into contact with her unexpected scent matches - and not the pack she was en route to meet - in this enjoyable omegaverse romance, with a touch of danger and intrigue on the side. The three alpha MMCs are caring, protective and fighting the good fight against a nefarious pack. Each had distinctive character traits and it was fun to watch them fall (though rather quick). Meanwhile, the FMC proves herself to be a brave and clever omega.
This can be read as a standalone, though there’s a nice little appearance of a character from the first book in the series.
That all aside, there were many proofreading errors in this book, from spelling to duplicate or missing words, which is annoying.

Liked it. Didn't love it. This author seems to give her stories an overdramatic ending in a way that doesn't work for me. I'm sure it works for others so do give it a try if they sound good to you. And again, the MM elements felt thrown in to be scintillating rather than because of true love and connection.

This is a regret book. I regret reading it. I regret not DNF'ing it. I regret the sleep I lost to read it 🤡

So if you liked E.J. Lawson's Captivate then you will 100% like this too. This book is a copy-paste of it. There's one alpha who is super reluctant to commit to the omega but on steroids reluctant-to-commit here. The other two alphas are nice but literally have no personalities. I couldn't tell them apart for most of the book because there is nothing to differentiate them except one likes history (I think?) and the other cooks? Everything is shallow and boring and there's a noticeable lack of spice. That's it.

I'm actually blanking on the protagonist's name because I want to call her Riley 😬 Oh yeah, her name is Juliet. And the mountain men have names like Everett, Huck, and Dean.

E.J. Lawson is joking, right?

This is a big joke, right? 👀

My main problem with this book is because of this whiny, infantile, and impulsive piece of sh!t functioning on a singular brain cell called Everett. I think I hate Everett more than Thane. Who would have thought that was possible 🙄 He was mean but in a boring way. Not in a fun dark romance way where you're anticipating him stabbing the protagonist and her stabbing him back 🥵 It was just boring. This boy needed therapy, not a new relationship with an omega.

This book would have improved if Everett was just cut out and it was a romance between Juliet, Huck, and Dean. It would have been overly saccharine and probably even more boring but at least Everett wouldn't exist. Huck and Den were like two big sweet cinnamon rolls. They were cute. I couldn't tell them apart but they were very adorable.

I almost forgot. This book was SO F--KING BORING. The whole getting stranded in a cabin during a snowstorm is one of my favorite classic fic tropes. But it was wasted here with sh!t characters. Maybe because the characters were just relaxing and not in any sense of danger, it made everything feel so slow and dull. Even though there is supposed to be a danger aspect here with the other enemy pack whatever they were called, it was not a thing. It was like background noise levels of danger.

No, wait. The worst crime of this omegaverse book is how lacking it was in spice. The lack of spice is a f--king travesty. There is a heat scene (not a spoiler because every omegaverse book is legally required to have a heat scene if there is an omega character) but it was really short and boring and not spicy. I felt scammed 😩

One last thing I need to b!tch about is the ending.

🚨 DNF this book 🚨

Just do it. There's just not a lot here and most of it was sh!t. I wish I DNF'ed it.

So the next book is about royalty (?) but they're in a show like The Bachelor. Look, two of my not so favorite tropes in contemporary romances 😬 I'll probably be skipping that book.

Who knows the next time I'll read another E.J. Lawson book. Probably and hopefully not any time soon. So far it's been two very not impressive books. I have a 3 strikes and never again rule so let's hope the next Lawson book is more enjoyable.

Hypnotize is EJ Lawson’s second OV offering, and I hope she continues with the trope because her blend of angst and steam makes for a very entertaining read. I found Hypnotize to be a lighter story than Captivate, but still full of intense emotional moments as the FMC, Juliet, tries to find her way with her pack. I found it hard to put this book down. It is an easy one-sitting read.

The mutual pining was my favorite part of the book – Juliet is promised to one pack, but finds herself rescued by her scent matches, the pack she is destined to be with. It was gloriously painful watching her struggle between doing what she should, by fulfilling her parents’ expectations and her duty to her promised pack or following her heart’s desires. The alphas were just as conflicted, torn between wanting to give in to their instincts and keep her close or icing her out so that when she inevitably leaves, she doesn’t break their hearts. The final HEA is worth the pain, I promise.

It’s medium burn and medium spice. Juliet is a virgin, a huge ‘selling point’ for the pack that she is promised to. This state of purity, and keeping her ‘pure’, sets a slower pace for sexual activity. It does speed up and get spicier as the book progresses. She experiences several heat spikes and two heats, so the smutty goodness of OV is on display – scenting, slick, knotting, biting, nesting (stealing of clothing), and group scenes. The alphas are in an established pack before Juliet arrives, so there are MM scenes (and eventually MMF).

Hypnotize is a great read for those who like the lighter side of omegaverse but also enjoy their characters going through some pain to reach their HEAs.

Genre: Contemporary (Non-shifter) Omegaverse
Tropes/Features: Female Omega, Three Male Alphas, virgin FMC, medium angst, mutual pining, mating bites, heats, MM relationships, forced proximity, scent matches
Narrator: Multiple 1st Person POV
Relationship Type: Why Choose – MMMF, medium burn, medium spice
Book Type/Ending: Standalone with a HEA

This was a cute RH standalone in the Omegaverse universe. The heroine accepts the mating between her and a renowned pack without even meeting them. That's her first mistake honestly and she's lucky to be alive after the plane she is on crashes in the Alaskan wilderness. She's taken in by a small pack of Alphas where they can wait out the storm and they spend the time kind of bonding. I say kind of because as with many shifter/omegaverse reads the romance is fast and the claiming is permanent, though no one mentions feelings especially once her hear starts. I didn't love or hate the heroine or any of the characters really which is unfortunate but honestly I'm shocked there were actually four men in her harem when really I thought there were only 3! The overall story was fairly calm with the heroine thinking near the end she was a spy which was weird but nonetheless it's a cute read.

Ej Lawson is doing great in the omegaverse world. Her first book, Captivate was great, one of those feel-good movies but a lot steamier. Now she's back with Hypnotize, the second book in the Knot Their Omega series. This book was superb, it gave off movie thriller vibes, and I couldn't get enough of it.

This book is a little different from the first. Juliet Chase is an academy Omega. She's been groomed to be a prim and proper omega, to wipe out all personality, what makes her, her. However, that's not Juilet, she has a mind of her own and sass and she recognizes the bad as well as acknowledges the good of the academy. She's not brainwashed, recognizes when she's made a mistake, and is brave enough to fight for what she wants.

The Cooper pack was already together before Juilet came into the picture. Huck is a caretaker and very playful. He was all in with Juliet, he was ride or die from the beginning. At one point he mentions he's the smart one and is surrounded by idiots and if you knew Huck you would laugh but he's right 😂. Dean is the mischievous nerd who has some other tricks up his sleeve. Then there's Everett. He is a mountain of a man and a grumpy Gus. Underneath it all, he's a worrier with a big ole heart too bad it's broken. Everett is complex and frustrating but worth it. Both her side and the pack's side were leery of the situation but for different reasons, they had to work some stuff out but they eventually do.

Omg! This plot shocked the heck out of me. Learning there is an academy, the omega actually having a caring family and the book taking place in Alaska were just a few things. Then there was the movie-quality stuff. Plane crashes, winter on an Alaskan mountain, car chases, gunfire, snowmobiles, blackmail, and so much more. Gods, the last fourth of this book was the best surprise ever. I love it when books have that movie-type quality to them.

What a fantastic read! Hypnotize blew my mind, it went beyond my expectations. While this is a series of standalones, they are all connected. The pack from Captivate had a small role and I absolutely loved it. Ej is on a roll, the next book in the series was hinted at in the epilogue, up next is Selection, and this time royals are gonna be involved. I can't wait and I'm hoping to get a glimpse of both of the previous packs in this book too.

This was a solid omegaverse story featuring a sweet relationship between a female omega and three male alphas (the alphas are intimate / also in relationships with each other).

The romance and relationships between the main characters was very sweet for the most part (one of the MMCs takes a while to come around and has moments of being quite standoffish and mean). However, this book does contain darker themes including a sexual assault scene (not perpetrated by a main character).

This book was really good, but to me lacked a few things that would have made it great.

1. The FMC is, at times, idiotic.
- Why on earth did she agree to join a pack she had never met? She had essentially no external pressures that would have justified that decision.
- Why on earth does she keep trying to go outside in snow storms?! She has absolutely zero survival skills.

2. Plot holes / poorly explained elements.
- What do the MMCs do for jobs? Why are they living in the wilderness and how do they make money?
- It was mentioned that the MMCs do some sort of environmental testing?? That was never elaborated on and maybe it’s the scientist in me but I need more details.
- see point one on why the heck the FMC wanted to join a pack she had never met and knew nothing about

3. Disappointing smut / omegaverse elements
- I think the heat of the FMC was pretty poorly handled in this book, or at least was different from the typical way it goes in this genre. It was way to fast and didn’t have nearly enough nesting or smuttyness for my taste.

Overall, I still enjoyed this read and am giving 4 out of 5 stars. This is a solid book for this genre of sweet contemporary type omegaverse

This is book 2 in EJ Lawson’s Knot Your Omega series. While there’s a brief mention of two characters from book 1, this does stand on its own. They are best enjoyed in order.

My little romantic suspense loving heart was in heaven with this one. Plane crashes, car chases, evil Packs with nefarious plans. Then Lawson weaves a sweet and sexy love story around it. I loved the characters, I loved the pacing.

I think my favorite part of Lawson’s writing is that she manages the balance of an intelligent, independent, and determined Omega with the biological drive of fated mates. Juliet is sweet, innocent, and a little naive - but she still feels in her heart that something isn’t quite right with her promised Pack. Being the dutiful daughter she goes anyway. A plane crash lands her in the wild of Alaska where she’s rescued by a local Alpha. I enjoyed how Everett, Huck, and Dean are all distinct characters and have unique relationships with each other and eventually Juliet.

Just when they all fall in love - the Williams Pack comes to reclaim their intended. The suspense/thriller aspect dials up again. I loved it.

I enjoyed the ending, HEA, and cute little epilogue.

I received an advance copy of the book from the author and am leaving my honest review. (I have Kindle Unlimited and will continue to read her work whether I get ARCs or not.)

Solid omegaverse read- entertaining, has all the omegaverse must haves (heats, knotting, scenting, pack dynamics). Most of all I liked the premise- omega promised to a rich and powerful packs ends up stranded in the Alaska wilderness is rescued by a pack of wilderness men. One's a gummy bear/cinnamon role, ones a sexy nerdy daddy vibe, and one is a gruff mercurial grumpy mountain men. They nurse her back to health and OF COURSE her heat suppressants were lost in the crash. Falling happens, knotting happens, but her rich fiance pack is hunting her down and turns out they have a sordid history with the wilderness pack. Lots of drama ensues.

This started out really strong- I loved the heroine's character voice, loved our mountain men, and all the forced proximity. Great chemistry and romancing. The ending didn't quite deliver for me though- I still have lots of questions about her promised pack (their motives, what they were up to, how things ended up), and our grumpy alpha needed to do a little more groveling. The spice was also pretty mild for an omegaverse, but still delicious.

The audio was well done - I liked both narrators and this was an enjoyable listen overall.

This. Was. A. Vibe. Holy hell this was 100% better than the last book and I still enjoyed this one, but the author totally leveled up in writing this one. It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed up past midnight reading a book (I’m old ok that’s late for me). And I finished it the following day. Pretty much in one sitting since I started late yesterday. I just couldn’t put it down.

Huck, Dean, and Everett all stood out and had their own character traits that made them unique and I love Huck and Dean but gosh I love a grumpy man. Everett was so stubborn and was fighting his feelings so much but I just loved their dynamic and how it turned out.

I’m just a sucker for omegaverse. It’s dirty, it’s hot af and there’s more men. Alpha men 🥵 I’d let these three have me too.

The plot was also excellent. Unique, fun and kept you hooked. It was just such a fun read and it makes me want to read what’s next.

Hypnotize is book #2 in E.J. Lawson’s omegaverse standalone series- Knot Their Omega and it’s by far my favorite.

First, let me say that I LOVED our main female lead, Juliet. At first I wasn’t so sure I would as it seemed like she was too innocent and wouldn’t stick up for herself. But boy was I wrong. She may be naïve and soft, but sometimes we see this strong woman and I cheered every single time! In the end, I really came to love her as a fmc.

Our guys are great. We have the usual one guy who is a little bit serious and obsessed with her (Dean), the one who seems happy go lucky and smooth as hell (Huck), and the broody one who seems to not want anything to do with her (Everett.)

I NEVER expected where this storyline was going. I didn’t even read the blurb and honestly, I’m kind of glad I went in blind!

This book just did not make any sense. The whole contrived miscommunication thing was just annoying because it happened more than once and why didn’t they just talk to each other? Like normal people?

Also the back and forth, “oh you’re just SO attractive but I shouldn’t!” was just painful. Chopping wood in the middle of winter in Alaska WITHOUT A SHIRT ON?? I can’t. I didn’t even want them to cave in to each other because it was so bad and over the top. I actually wanted them to succeed in staying apart!

So much was glossed over too. The whole relationship happens off page, all their convos and emotional connection built off page. I just didn’t care about what happened to them ultimately. Maybe that’s why I could never keep track of how much time had passed, it just seemed to be whatever the author wanted. The storm just never ended until it was very conveniently TWO STORMS back to back.

We don’t even get to enjoy the plane crash survival situation because she magically escapes uninjured. Her only injury just serves to conveniently set up a bath scene and is never mentioned again. There’s no doting on her, working to heal her, being tender and kind and soft to build up the relationship and show us their great qualities. It’s just glossed over cause everyone is so horny and that’s just so important to hammer into us.

Goldie is also very, very dumb. She never forms any plans or tries to find any solutions despite being well-aware of all her problems, she can’t communicate to save her life, and she seems to have no perception of reality. At one point she says “these hills aren’t friendly to strangers, but I’m not a stranger in these hills anymore”. Like, girl. Cmon. You’re an academy-raised omega with no survival skills. A stiff breeze could kill you out here.

The most interesting part of the whole book was her interactions with the Williams pack, there could have been some great scenes, drama, and fun characters there but it wasn’t explored. We only get one scene with the main villain, anticlimactic.

Overall this is a skip, don’t bother, it’s 2D and simplistic.

I liked this book but all the characters were a little annoying in my opinion. It felt like no of the conflict was actually resolved and I wanted more detail. The spice was definitely spicy but the plot didn’t pull me in. The whole book felt kind of rushed but I would read more in the series maybe.

You win some, you lose some. This is a loss.

First- if you’ve read the first book in this series, you’ve basically read this this book, just with different names and location. Ho hum. I liked the first book, don’t get me wrong, so if you haven’t read it recently you may enjoy this one more.

It’s got the required asshole alpha that doesn’t want an Omega, and is irrationally a jerk. Mostly, he needs therapy. And the other two alphas just sigh and say “well, that’s just the way he is” and let him act like an ass. They’re both great, they have a hot MM scene, but they’re sort of interchangeable in my mind.

The Omega is dumb as a brick. I said what I said. Yes Omegas are born and bred to be demure and not have a lot of their own opinions, but she goes from sweet Omega to clueless.

She manages to escape a plane crash mostly unscathed, save for being near death from the cold when found and needing stitches in her arm. It’s a brief mention of her injuries and then she is miraculously healed and fine. She learns her intended pack is evil, extremely wealthy and powerful, but evil, and wants to stay with the guys. But after the Williams’s threatening her fathers and the guys she just banged (oops! There goes that pesky virginity that was part of the contract!) she decides to leave to go join their evil pack as planned to protect everyone she loves. Only because she decided it’s time people start to believe she’s strong- she’s going to prove it by somehow taking the bad guys down on her own and coming back… without any sort of plan, or help, or basically any functioning brain cells. She actually thought she’d watch as the helicopter flew across Alaska so she could somehow manage to remember the path and I guess WALK through the wilderness back somehow after getting evidence to use against the Williamses. 🙄 again , with no plan. When she gets put in her Omega suite, her first step is to look in her drawers for any possible blackmail evidence they may have left… in her private quarters… I mean, we aren’t dealing with a full deck here. 🤦🏻‍♀️

When she actually DOES unbelievably get a chance to escape, after some completely unbelievable Mission Impossible recon, she quite literally takes off with a backpack, an apple, and a water bottle, jumps on a snowmobile (even though she’s never driven one), manages to escape the billionaire’s compound that was previously surrounded with machine gun wielding security, and traverses the Alaskan wilderness on her own.

What the actual eff? I have to admit- I skimmed all of that ridiculousness. This girl has barely a brain cell- she went in with no plan- no she did not do any of that. That pack did not get to that level by being able to be overthrown by this ridiculous little omega. IJS.

The ending wraps up super quick then. Too quick. She gets her pack, they bang it out immediately. The bad guys go down. All is right with the world. 🙄🙄 meh. It felt unsatisfying.

Gimme mountain men alphas any day of the week!

Juliet is like any other omega. She goes through her schooling and is eventually contracted to join a pack we heard about in book one. I had a feeling she would never even make it there, I didn’t read the blurb I like to be surprised. The crash had to be terrifying but her being rescued by Everett was darn dream. Not being stranded in the Alaskan wilderness in a snow storm. But a giant muscular Alpha appearing out of no where and taking you to safety? Yum.

Then she meets Huck and Dean and I was solidly on board with these men. Strong, sweet and a tad bit traumatized they were everything Juliet actually needed. A real pack who fought and laughed together. Who had a true bond and real love shared between them. I was so stressed thinking about her having to go to the pack she was contracted to but I loved that she got to show off how strong she was.

I do hope they eventually get what’s coming to them. But if it’s never showcased in this series, I’ll just imagine they’ll in prison forever. That feels good to me! On to the next!!

Goldie & Her Three 🐻 😉

An interconnected standalone romance the Knot Their Omega megaverse with a twist of Goldilocks and the Three Bears thrown in with destiny.

Juliet, from Chosen Omega of The Williams Pack (booooo 👎) to injured in the wild.

Saved by a mountain man Alpha, Everett of The Cooper Pack, to end up trapped in the middle of a blizzard with two more Alphas, Huck and Dean.

Though "Knot Their Omega" the Pack starts mending their pasts and emotions with an Omega in their midst. Her presence, her beauty, her soul, her scent... Hypnotic.

Multiple POVs and steamy 🔥💋 MM plus MFMM, lots of rugged mountain men, and with a bit of danger thrown into the mix.

Arc review

This was really good ! I enjoyed it very much, it was sweet, spicy and predictable. It was easy to read and I really like the writting style. Book 2 was more like the original omegaverse story that we are used to but still really good. I am really happy to know that we will have a book 3!

“Such a greedy girl.”

Hypnotize (Knot Their Omega #2) by E.J. Laawson

Plot: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

*I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review*

I don’t think E.J. Lawson (Elena Lawson) has written anything that I haven’t liked. What Lawson does best, in my opinion, is her ability to build suspense in her writing; and frankly, that can be really hard to do in omegaverse. But damn did this story come with suspense, heart-pounding moments, secrets, and intrigue!

Right from the start, it felt like fate brought that plane down and led Juliet to Everette, Dean, and Huck. You have this overwhelming sense throughout the book that she was brought directly to them. Without giving too much away, Juliet is faced with an impossible decision to save herself and her pack. To do that, she has to play the perfect omega to finally get her Alphas the justice they deserve and claim her own future.

I can’t wait for the next installment in this series!

The feels

I liked this story. She’s clueless but has a little sass. You have your one guy that has to be growly. The other pack was pretty anticlimactic. But honestly the most heartbreaking part of it is about a pack member that isn’t even there.

I liked this omegaverse story better than the last by this author. Plane crash in Alaska snowstorm. Juliet is only survivor rescued by Mt man.
