This is not a book, but a printout of a Word document.

Many sentences are for filling and are even repeated on the same page. The very first page actually had three times the exact same sentence!
There's not a single image to visualize the concepts.
There are some takeaways from the writings, but this is not the data mesh book you're looking for.

Don't buy this book, I got my refund from Amazon.
