Bound to the Blade

Rate this book
I'm the Vice President of an outlaw motorcycle club. I know there's no place for a woman like her in my world.

Still, I'm drawn to her. In the midst of my chaos, with the club's financial struggles and a growing turf war weighing on me, she's an oasis of calm. So I tell myself it will just be once. And when once isn't enough, I tell myself that it's just casual. Only pretty soon there's nothing casual about my feelings for Ashley, and I still don't tell her the truth about who I am.

I don't know which I'm more afraid of: her leaving or the danger she'll be in if she stays.

You can be alive without actually living.

But I don't realize how flat and pale my life has become until he walks into the library where I work, flooding my reality with texture and color from the very start. Still, I know this dangerous man isn't for me. He knows it, too. That's why we never talk about our lives, even as we give in to our attraction to one another. But even though our relationship is mostly physical, there's an instant closeness between us that surprises and scares me.

When his reality explodes into mine with the crack of a gunshot, I learn the truth about Blake. I don't know what seems less possible: that we can make us fit or that I can let him go.

Bound to the Blade is an MC romance about a club member and the civilian woman who accidentally stumbles into his turbulent world and his heart.

This was an okay read for me. I did have some trouble with a few things.

Blake aka Blade is the VP of a MC biker club he's bossy and has a heart when you first meet him he has some trouble and the way he handles it he goes to the library to read its a safe space for him to relax his mind. Which I love!!! That's where he meets Ashley, a librarian they were cute, and they didn't get together right away it took a little more visit because he didn't think his lifestyle would fit hers. As for Ashley, she was super sweet and nice she had her moments of being tough with guests that come into the library. When she started her fun times with Blake, that's what it was sexy times, but he also never told Ash what he did until a rival club came and almost killed him in front of her.

What my problem was during this and wish there was more grovling.
His brothers in the club had to cover Blake, so they blackmailed Ash with the video he took of them during sexy times... she was so hurt and betrayed that he didn't even get on his knees and beg. Nope, he left kept his distance tossed money so she could buy stuff. They had a rocky few days, and she tried to get revenge but didn't work since she stepped into his world and he laid claim on her.

Another problem for me.. if Blake was VP, he has more pull in the club. Why didn't anyone listen to him? The club rank felt so wired. I couldn't even tell who the boss was since most of the brothers would speak and act bossy instead of the president?
Gotta respect the chain. Blake deserved more respect than that.

Low angst, no om drama tiny ow drama, no cheating, secondary characters, sexy times, no virgins and no manwhore

Why did I read this and the same day V.Theia released one of her biker bookboyfriends? My reading partner is an awful woman!
This club is nasty, H is supposed to be the VP, really? He is a clown and a muppet, He has zero balls,
heroine saw something she shouldn’t so H gives the Club a sex tape about them to blackmail her , nice eh?! Then, H let one of his brothers hurt her physically and he restrained her, nice, eh?
They threaten her, and left her alone with other brother of this beautiful club,
Do you really believe there’s some grovel? Fuck no, actually H gives her money and she buys some slutty clothes and go to her Club! The same club that has hurt her, blackmailed her and threatened her… because why not spending some time with them in a cold night!
They fuck and that’s all,
The brother who hurt her physically walks around like nothing and the one who plotted all is now a friend!

I hated every page

Honestly I didn’t have any real feelings for this. It was kinda meh.

But boy oh boy does it need another round of editing.

good read!

I love a good MC romance and this one did not disappoint. Loved both main characters and the twits and turns to their relationship. I personally thought the h forgave the H way to easy after his major f up. I love a grovel but there was not one in this book. While I was slightly disappointed with that I will still be reading more by this author. The side characters were nicely set up without taking away from the main story.

Bound to Blade

Great read. I loved Blake (Blade) and Ashley’s story ❤️❤️❤️ two opposites attract. Ashley is unsure of the club and doesn’t think she can live that life but true love changes that. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved it!

This was a super fun MC romance. She's a librarian, he's a hot sexy MC VP. My first job in high school was at a library. Trust and believe--this book is the stuff dreams are made of! Spicy all the way through!

Not my favourite MC read but I did read the entire book. Probably won't read the rest of the series 🇮🇪💚

“I don’t fuckin’ understand it, Ashley,” he says, his low voice barely louder than a whisper next to my ear. “But I missed you, too"

I just died, I loved this book, it was amazing.

Lacks spice and romance. It’s like forced but covered up with so much sex. Wish the lead female could be tougher

“I will never, ever be able to get enough of you. I will never make it without you.”

An interesting read, I normally shy away from motorcycle gang books because they feel very unserious, but I enjoyed my time in this book. A cute librarian with the biker is definitely cute. The twist near the end was unexpected but expected.
