Dev Devilman Fox, the best ink slinger in town, is known for his sharp wit, angry fists and epically bad decisions. Becoming a lifelong patched member of the Disciples of Havoc MC at eighteen years old is probably the worst…but certainly not the only. When his hot new tenant catches his eye, Dev jumps in headfirst, ready to drive full throttle wherever that sexy road leads. That is until he finds himself on another hairpin turn, careening his life toward the closest brick wall.
Special Agent Cash Thomas has spent years undercover rooting out bad apples within various federal agencies. When his latest assignment brings him face to face with a sinfully tempting man from his past, his priorities shift on a dime. Now his reputation as a dedicated and focused field agent is in question. When faced with the opportunity to repay the man who once saved his life, smudging a few well-established lines is the least he’ll do.
When their paths collide can a bond from the past save their future or will it bury them under the chaos? Leathers might shield them from road rash, but they can’t protect them from heartbreak.
Chaos is a suspenseful motorcycle club romance with strong male leads. A stand-alone story in the Tattoos and Ties series. If you like sexy alpha males ready to take on the world for the one they love and intriguing storylines with many twists and turns, give Chaos a try.
Chaos is book three in the Tattoos and Ties series by Kindle Alexander. I read both Havoc and Order some time ago and loved them. I was beside myself when I learned that Chaos was coming out. This book can be read as a stand alone. But, if you are interested in the entire series, the timeline of this book starts around half way through the second book, Order. In my opinion, your enjoyment of this book would be much greater if you read the first two books. Dev is introduced and you would have more of an understanding of the MC.
Dev “Devilman” Fox is about twenty eight years old and is the son of the president and co-founder of the Disciples of Havoc motorcycle club in Dallas, Texas. If and when his father steps down as president, Dev would be in line to take over. Dev is the best friend of Keyes, his club brother and main character of the first two books. He has two daughters from his even crazier ex wife, a five and an eleven year old. Dev’s head is a crazy place to be. He clearly suffers from ADHD but finds his own ways to calm his crazy thoughts. The day a new tenant moved into his building and their hands touched, all those crazy thoughts immediately quieted. He experienced peace like he’d never felt before.
Ryan Cashin “Cash” James has many faces. He is the son of parents that live out of an RV, true hippies, that travel and spend their time spreading the word of God. He works for the DEA but also has another job, a secret, undercover job solving cases no one else can. He has no real home. He goes from one case to another. He knew when he took this current case that it would be different from any other. He has a tie from his childhood to one of the men he would be investigating. He promised it wouldn’t be a problem. But as soon as they came face to face, he knew this was, in deed, going to be a problem.
There is an instant pull between these two, that once in a lifetime connection that turns your world upside down. Cash has promised both his boss and himself that if put on the spot, his job will always come first. But when he looks at Dev, touches him, he has to wonder if that is true. Dev is definitely a bad boy. He’s wild, unpredictable, he’s done very bad things. But it’s his heart that I saw. This man has so much love. For his daughters, for his mom, his sister, and now for Cash.
“He embodied the very definition of sin. Too enticing for his own good.”
But underneath all of this, there is the case. There is a LOT of missing money. Who is pilfering it? Is it one of Dev’s club brothers? Is it someone from Cash’s team working from the inside? There are so many players in this. Decisions are made, both lies and truths are told. My heart broke more than once. Dev is a little bit crazy, maybe a lotta bit. But I love that man with all that I have. And Cash. He is trying so hard to walk the line between his job and the man he now loves. He wears his heart on his sleeve.
“His gentle lover, the man who had kissed him on the lips this morning, had a beast dwelling inside him.”
This book is a journey. I have lived in this world for the last couple of days and I’m not ready to leave it yet. That’s how much I love these two. This does NOT have a cliffy. But it is a to be continued. The rest of their story will be called Justice. The wait won’t be long at all. These two authors have once again shown us the depth of their talent, in drawing us into a world they created and holding us there, making it real. I adore them and can’t wait for the rest of this story.
“His Dev. His Devilman. His partner. His foxy Fox.”
Book 3 in Tattoos and Ties Series is about Dev Devilman Fox, Keyes Dixon's best friend. Dev is only 28 years old but has a lifetime worth of experiences. He is divorced from Tena, they have two daughters of 11 and 9 years old. He works hard to provide his girls a normal life away from the biker's club where his father is the prez. Dev's relationship with his father is non-existent, they have zero respect for each other.
Ryan Cashin James, also known as undercover Special Agent Cash Thomas, volunteered for the job when he learned it involved the Dallas Disciples of Havoc MC because the foxy Devilman never left his radar after saving him from a vicious attack when he was a child. Cash excels in rooting out bad apples within various federal agencies and he is send in to find out who in these agencies are keeping big chunks of money for themselves.
Being bi-sexual Dev is instantly attracted to the beautiful Cash, but they both feel a bond that goes deeper. Evenzo, Dev is quite pissed off when he learns why Cash is in Dallas. But Dev can't help fantasizing about a normal life with his daughters and a bunch of more kids, shocking himself when it is Cash filling the role as his partner.
When Dev witnesses the love between Keyes & Alec, he realises that he wants that too, desperately. Promising Cash he'll do whatever it takes to find the culprits, as long as Cash does not give up on him.
Told in dual POV alternating between Dev and Cash, this was such an enjoyable read, with scorching hot sex scenes. I've been eager to read Dev's story and am pleased I've read the first two books in the series, otherwise some issues would have been a bit problematic to follow.
The book does not end on a major cliffhanger, but it is enough for me to jump on the sequel as soon as it drops.
4.25-4.5 stars You do not need to have read Havoc & Order to enjoy Chaos & Justice but, it would be more enjoyable since one MC from H&O is Dev’s best friend and the books timelines cross.
I will warn that Chaos is NOT a standalone, Dev and Cash’s relationship is a tad rocky but there is no major angst between them, it’s mostly outside issues.
I do wish that we got to see Alec & Keyes as a couple but, maybe we’ll get them in Justice.
I enjoyed Chaos more than Havoc & Order! While Cash’s ‘job’ is a tad confusing, I loved that although he put his job before his love life, he still loved Dev enough to do everything in his power to see that Dev and his girls would be protected. I’m really not sure what to say as most things would give away the story.
I'm a bit confused. This was described in one place as being "a part" of the "Tattoos and Ties" series and in another as being book #3 in the series. This is true in that it features at least one of the characters from the other books...but it seems to be set in an entirely different time frame. The horrible old man that dies in the last book is still alive in this one and still being a jerk of the highest order. I loved the two main characters in the first books but couldn't relate to any of these guys and I hated the DOJ woman. The story was well written, I just couldn't become invested in it to any extent, or to the lead character, even though he was a brother to one of the characters that I liked. I'll give it 3 stars, but it was nothing like the others.
Dev is a character that is just the way he is and you can like him or not! I love that!
Cash is stuck between a rock and hard place when he ends up on a case that brings him back into contact with Dev!
Their chemistry is electric and is total bon fire worthy! I enjoyed very much their interactions with each- even during the rough times because it truly shows how deep the emotions run for them.
Convincing each other to trust in the future is no easy feat when faced with everything they come up against and sometimes even what might happen!
Each time I think I couldn’t love a character more our author creates a new set of characters that make my heart smile!
I binged the first two Tattoos and Ties books before diving into Chaos and it really does help to understand the story and how it fits into the Tattoos and Ties world, so even though Dev and Cash's story is a new couple in this world, you need to read the stories in order, because there are interlocking timelines and pieces of the story that you need to have to properly appreciate exactly where this book fits... and where the next one is going after the cliffhanger ending that we've been left with...
The suspense that's been building since Havoc takes an interesting turn and there is absolutely no doubt that Cash and Dev are meant for each other! Superbly written and nuanced to share a timeline with Havoc and, particularly Order, you'll be able to appreciate just how intertwined these love stories are and crave the next book in your soul!
Devilman is a somewhat difficult character to like. He tells you constantly how fast his mind works and how he can’t be calm, mind constantly whirring. The author kind of beats it into your head. I like show don’t tell. This was a lot of tell.
I also can’t quite understand the agency that Cash really works for. I had the audiobook so maybe that’s part of the problem. If I had a print version I could slow down and figure out wtf the author is talking about. So I kind of zoned out when they got in the weeds about that jazz.
But the story felt original and the other characters make up for Devilmans “look how adhd I am!!” storyline.
I do like the series and am excited to finish the series soon.
Some of the best writing Kindle Alexander has ever done! One of my favorite stores in years! I'm in love with every word of this book. These characters will grab your attention and force you into submission with violence and toe curling passion. #aMustRead #Chaos #Justice ❤️
Another amazing story from Kindle Alexander. In the same world as Havoc and Order. This book’s main characters are Dev, or Devilman the reluctant second in the motorcycle club and Cash. Events from the past in Dallas join these two. Great story and I can’t wait to see the next instalment.
5 million stars! Goodness, this was so good! I loved Cash & Dev even though Dev can be a big jerk. They both had a past when they were nine years old and reunited twenty years later with Cash being an undercover agent and Dev in a biker club and not remembering Cash. Cash remembers Dev though and the reason he came back to Dallas. Working undercover and trying to get Dev to turn on his club. GAH… The sexual tension between them is hot and they get along until Dev asks Cash about the past and everything explodes around them. The book gets crazy mad, sad and lots of surprising stuff that may shock and upset you, but the book was awesome and I loved it and I want the second book In Justice ASAP!
Dev is such a badass; I love him for it. I want him to realise that he can have it all if only things go his way. He needs to help himself achieve that OR let Cash deal with everything especially their relationship. I have an intense dislike of Dev's dad and love the way Dev hates him too.
I LOVE Kindle Alexander, autobuy is an understatement 😍. Chaos does not disappoint but can't wait for Justice.
OH MY GOODNESS! This book deserves more than 5 stars! Chaos is book 3 in the Tattoos & Ties series. If you thought Keys and Alec were amazing, you have got to meet Dev & Cash. OMG, I can't say enough about this book. It was amazing!
Dev, the son of the President of the Desciples and the 2nd in command. But does Dev want to stay in the club? In my opinion, Dev is a broken man. He had my heart hurting when he spoke so down on himself. However, he is an among dad to his two little girls.
Once Special Agent Cash heard of the assignment to take down the MC, he knew he needed the assignment.
I so wanted to throw my Kindle when I was done reading Chaos. I NEED Justice NOW.
As all of the Kindle Alexander books, you will not be disappointed. Stop what you're doing and start reading Chaos.
Per usual Kindle Alexander has a way with words that you simply can't ignore. Each slow burn has me sitting on the edge of my seat, turning pages so fast to see what happens next.
Dev is an explosion waiting to happen. His mood savings gave me a headache, but you can't help but feel for him and all the problems life has thrown his way so far. And this is why my feelings for Cash are conflicted. He knew so much about him, gave himself to him, but when the truth is revealed who he really is, but his expectations that Dev would take it and listen to him, were so far-fetched, I too was furious with him. But when the deal is sealed you can start to see just how far is he willing to go in order to protect Dev.
Now I'm left with my nerves fried to see what kinda danger they will face before HEA comes knocking on their door.

Dev/Devilman is a member of Disciples of Havoc MC with his father being one of the co-founders but there is so much more to him especially with his two kids. Cash is a man of many secrets who works for the DEA and has a side job as well always vowing to put his job above his own feelings. All it takes is Dev and Cash meeting and one simple touch of their hands that everything turns in a whole new direction.
I loved how Cash could calm the craziness with Dev and the bond they had was amazing and hot. I cannot wait to see what comes next for them in their next book, Justice. This is an author I will be following in the future.
Chaos, book three in the Tattoos and Ties series brings us two new characters that you are going to love! Dev and Cash have history, they have a connection and they definitely have chemistry. They are, however, opposites in so many ways but are finding themselves on the same team in and out of the bedroom even if it took a lot of tough negotiating on Cash’s part to convince Dev to turn against his club. Cash is working undercover and hoping that Dev isn’t caught up in the chaos that the club is floundering in. Unfortunately, his heart gets involved before he comes clean to Dev and all hell breaks loose.
Devin (Devilman) Fox is struggling with the turmoil and disrespect within the club and is trying to distance himself and his two children from all of the chaos. When Cash moves in across the hall Dev thinks he has met the hottest man and falls hard for him only to find out he is surrounded by lies and deception. Now he has to figure out who he can trust and turn against his club without anyone he loves getting hurt.
But, hang on because their story isn’t over. Justice, the next book in the Tattoos and Ties series is next and I can’t wait to see how the rest of their story plays out!
Chaos is a motorcycle club romance, opposites attracted, close proximity with strong and fierce MC’s. These two are utter chaos…but perfect for each other, two alpha males ready to take the world and turn everything upside down. Dev “Devilman”Fox ir known for his short temper, bad decisions and also as the best tattoo artist. He is a member of the Disciples of Havoc MC, he so many problems with his father. Ex-wife, but when his new tenant catches his eye Dev his up to a hookup with him, but everything in his life is about to take a turn.
Special Agent Cash Thomas aka Cash Ryan has spent years undercover taking out bad agents of various federal agencies. Now he is assigned to brings down the Disciples of Havoc and that is about to bring him face to face with a man from his past, he is going to do everything to save Dev and those he love, his reputation as a great field agent is about to be in question. Cash and Dev have past that I did see coming and maybe they are were meant to be together now, their past and future are about to bring chaos to their lifes but will they be able to protect each other’s??… I love the book, these two characters are very complex and have a different upbringing, so many things could happen to them if they are discover and this make the book very entertaining and will have you on edge!!! The chemistry between them is of the charts! So hot!!! I’m so looking forward to the next book!
AMAZING. Seriously Kindle Alexander knows exactly how to pull you into a story that you won’t be able to put down. Dev “Devilman” Fox is a reluctant member of The Disciples of Havoc MC, hating everything they stand for and hating his old man even more. What he lives for is his girls, his Momma and maybe his best brother Keyes but when a sexy man pulls up to his rental homes he doesn’t realize how different his life is about to change. Ryan “Cash” James is an Undercover Agent sent to try and stop the MC and everything it stands for, but what he doesn’t say is that the one man who can help him bring them to their knees is the one man who saved him all those years ago. Dev & Cash have scorching hot chemistry that is undeniable but putting that all aside can they help each other out or is there just to many obstacles between them to find the results that they need.
This was absolutely awesome. I was so glad to see what was going on with Devilman. I got the feeling that something was up with him at the end of order, but I wasn't expecting it to be what happened here. Brilliant! I loved that this book was running along a similar timeline with Havoc and Order. I can't wait until Justice comes out. I need to know what happens next. Kindle Alexander continues to knock it out of the park.
I don't know how to put into words how I'm feeling, I'm in a daze.... I've just read such an amazing story that has left my head and heart reeling...
It's been a while since I've met a character as intense as Dev the Devilman. This sexy as #uck biker with a brain that's constantly whirling that's full of hate for his family and club, but can be so vulnerable too. Life keeps slapping him in the face over and over, yet when he is with his daughters he is a different man, his brain takes a break for a little while. He wants a better life for them, away from the quagmire that is his life, but those obstacles keep on coming. Then he meets Cash, the clean cut, hottest dude he has ever seen in his life and what he knows of his path is about to veer out of control. Their connection is spine tingling, they are the complete opposite in every way but when they get together it's fireworks....wow.
Do yourselves a favour and read this complex, tortured, beautiful man and his journey, I'm so excited for more of this story.
When I read a Kindle Alexander book I know I'm in for a wild ride! Special Agent Cash first meets Devlin Fox when he was a boy. He was the object of a gang attack when another boy jumped in and rescued Cash from being killed. This boy was Dev Fox. Dev's testimony helped send the gang members to prison.
Years later, Cash is a Special Agent who works undercover dealing with corruption and exposing it. He now works directly with the Attorney General's office when he hears about a case of corruption between the Disciples of Havoc Motorcycle Club, the local DEA office and law enforcement. He jumps at the chance to possibly return the favor to Dev "Devilman" Fox.
Dev has had tough life, his father is president of the MC and Dev can't seem to do anything right in his father's eyes. They don't get along. He hasn't made the best choices in his life. He got a 15 year old pregnant and shares custody of his two daughters. He does everything he can to make his girls life better by moving them away from the Club and it's members. Dev has his own tattoo shop right next to the Club. Except for riding as security for the drug transfers, he has little to do with the MC.
Dev bought a apartment building and fixed it up as best he could. When this young guy (Cash) rents out the apartment across from Dev, the chemistry is instant. Dev doesn't recognize Cash but the attraction is there. Cash wants to protect Dev when everything hits the fan. He has to earn Dev's trust. Can these two form an alliance that works? Can Dev trust this new guy to have his back? He's not use to depending on anyone but himself.
Kindle Alexander knows how to grab you and pull you through all the ups and downs and leave you wanting more! This story runs the gamet of emotions. All I can say is I want "Justice" now!
'The undeniable chemistry they shared had turned into a deeper connection'
OMG! Right from the start I was hooked into this story,(I was going into this without having read the previous books~ which have since been added to my TBR), the blurb gives enough away, so all I'll say is that it's got some suspense, twists and turns that some of which had me going WTF! Dev and Cash's relationship is H.O.T. and can't wait for the next part!
I LOVED IT!!!
REVIEWING FOR ROCK HARD ROMANCE by Vicki RHR RATING 5*/5
Dev is second in command of Disciples of Havoc a very large motorcycle gang. His homelife is in shambles because of his ex wife and he tries to stay away from too much club duties. Cash works directly with the Att general undercover to root out corruption among fellow federal agents. Going on very little information Cash knows he needs to flip Dev to help them get into Disciples.of Havoc. It doesn't hurt that there is instant attraction between to two but there is a few times that Dev is hesitant about turning into a Narc. There is no way this book can be put down without explaining to yourself you will be right back!! Kindle you have knocked this one right out of Wrigley Field!! Can't wait for the next beautiful installment in this series!!!
This story just flows, you will be on the edge of your seat, blush and swoon all on the same page. Dev is a heart stealer! Gah, there is so much to him! The connection he and Cash have is so great! The secondary characters are just fantastic! You will devour this book in one sitting! I never like to post spoilers or reveal too much, especially with a story as fantastic as this one is. You need to enjoy it all without any spoilers Enjoy Dev and Cash! Your heart will thank you!
An absolute page turner from the start. Dev is one badass biker and no one can bend him to their will. He loves his daughters fiercely but his ex drives him insane. When a new sexy neighbor moves in beside him there is an instant attraction. Little does Dev know that Cash is an under cover agent. When they finally come together the passion and sparks fly. Grab this book and jump into the fray with Dev and Cash. You definitely won’t be disappointed. I absolutely can’t wait until the next book.
This book is a roller coaster ride! Dev is a troubled man, stuck in a life he hates with no way out. Cash’s life was saved by Dev when they were boys and Cash has never forgotten that. Now Cash has the chance to get Dev out of the Disciples, but Dev will have to turn his back on everything he knows. These men are fire together. Honestly, I usually skim past the sexy scenes, but these two together, wow! I read every word.
Welcome to “Chaos,” book #3 of the Tattoos and Ties series, although it can definitely be read as a standalone. Buckle up, and get ready for the ride!!
This book, written by the wonderful Kindle Alexander, was absolutely amazing!! The chemistry between the two MC’s, Dev and Cash, was so intense, sexually and otherwise, that at times it leaves you breathless and wanting more. ALWAYS more.
There’s suspense and intrigue, lots of secrets, lots of HOT sexy times…you will definitely be sitting on the edge of your seat wanting to find out what happens next.
I highly recommend this book. A definite 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
5 Star Review of Chaos (Tattoos and Ties #3) by Kindle Alexander
Whenever I pick up a book by Kindle Alexander I know that I will probably go through a variety of emotions; Chaos was no exception. The characters have a great deal of depth and I fell hard and fast for for Dev (Devilman) Fox and Special Agent Cash Thomas.Well written, with characters who are strong, yet vulnerable I was riveted from the first chapter. Chaos was an emotional roller coaster of a read, at times bringing me to tears. Dev is patched lifelong member of the Disciples of Havoc MC and has led a hard and varied life. Opposites are often attracted to one another and these two could not not be more different, yet underneath the surface they are the same, both looking for tat elusive thing that will make their lives complete. Circumstances have brought Dev and Cash together and as lines are crossed, Cash will put his career on the line. Will it be worth it or is he destined to crash and burn? Can they make their love work or are they destined to be torn apart ? There are so many layers to this story that it felt as though Kindle Alexander was peeling an onion, one layer at a time. There were equal amounts of heat and suspense as they embark on a journey that may well destroy them both. One click this little gem, you won’t be disappointed.
Dev Devilman Fox is a hot as sin tattoo artist. He also happens to be the son of the president of the Disciples of Havoc MC. Once his father steps down, he’ll become the new pres. He’s a hot head, to say the least. Trouble and chaos seem to follow him everywhere. Having feelings for someone so completely the opposite of him is the last thing Dev expects. But that’s exactly what happens when Special Agent Cash Thomas walks through the door. Growing up in an RV with hippie parents, Cash has found stability and fulfillment with the DEA. He can’t imagine any other life. As an undercover agent, he’s used to adventure and surprises. But Dev brings a thrill to his life that he never knew he needed. One touch from Dev, and Cash begins to question everything he believes in. Their connection is instant and passionate. Their paths were set before they met each other. Now they both must decide if love can guide them on new paths. Whenever I open a Kindle Alexander book, I grab a glass of wine and hunker down for a fun ride. This was such an epic journey. Kindle Alexander’s writing style is exceptional. The world building and character development in this series is so captivating. Kindle Alexander writes in such a way that it’s impossible not to be enraptured in the story and connected to its characters. I loved that the story was written from both POV’s. It allowed for a deeper connection to our MC’s. The suspense, chaos, romance, and passion kept me completely enthralled. I could not put this one down and cannot wait until the next book in the series! Thank you to Enticing Journey and the author for gifting me this exciting book in exchange for an honest review.
OMG! I thought Keyes was it for me but in walks Cash. I’m in total love with this man. He’s sexy, sweet and had the biggest heart. He only has eyes for Dev who is a badass biker who is a tattoo artist with two beautiful little girls. Dev has dreamed of the family, the white picket fence and someone to love. He’s been down on his luck until he crosses paths with Cash…..again. I absolutely love these two and can not get enough. So excited for Justice. #mustread
