I never expected that saving Mason that night at the bar would turn into her saving me.

I'm a wh0re for extreme age gaps - this might be my favorite so far!! Victor (H) is having a hard time dealing with his PTSD from being in the military. He has black-out episodes and drinks too much. His friend dragged him out of bed and invited him to a bar to let off some steam. There, he meets Mason (h).

"Such a naughty girl, dancing with a dirty old man. I oughta bend you over my knee and paint this tight ass red."

Mason's ex boyfriend is at the bar as well and treats her horribly. Victor comes to her rescue and their sexual tension is immediate. They dance, drink, and have fun - until Victor has one of his episodes and leaves the bar without saying anything to Mason. She's not deterred in any way - after finding his wallet, she decides to go to his house to return it and see what happened to make him leave. Victor is shocked that she's there - and claims her as his.

"You're gonna suck my cock like a good fucking whore, aren't you, baby? Just listen and Daddy will teach you how to do it."

The daddy kink comes naturally between them because he's 57 and she's only 21. Man, this book gets HOT. My kindle was on fire. I especially loved the primal play (chasing). The sexual chemistry between them is palpable. Mason is shy and vulnerable but she knows what she wants and that's Victor. Victor is extremely obsessive/possessive of her really quickly - I love my men like that. I also really enjoyed the way they confessed their love.

"You can call me childish or naive, but being with you feels right. I know fairy tales are make believe, but we aren't. We're tangible - real."

I really, really enjoyed this novella. I'm going through a bit of a slump and this pulled me out!! I loved it. The extreme age gap of 36 years really intrigued me and man... it's hot. I wish there was an epilogue though!

Ahhhh this was a good novella to dive into!!

Victor was a excellent guy from the start he was alittle rough around the edges but he came to Mason aid when she needed help getting rid of her abusive ex. From that moment on things between them sky rocked! But there was a tiny hiccup when Vic had a PTSD moment and took off.

This didn't stop Mason since she felt there was a connection between them and went to his place. And boy I love that he didn't send her away and took what he wanted!!
That dirty mouth!! They had some delicious dirty talk and steamy scenes!!
I do wish it had a Epilogue about them in the future.

He was in the army. They meet and danced at a club. He had a PSTD moment and had to leave. She finds his address in his wallet in the jacket that he loaned her at the club and goes to return the jacket and wallet. Once there, they have amazing sex. She makes him chase after her first. He’s a dirty talker. Condoms were not used. Surprisingly, there’s no epilogue with children.

Ok if I had one little bit of feedback for Saving Mason, it’s that Vic cannot expected to be healed just by loving Mason. He’s still a vet with PTSD. He still needs to deal with that and she should have encouraged him to seek help, not be cured by her virgin vagina.
I feel like it takes away from the importance of mental health and the real need for vets to seek help when needed after they’ve served. Even just two lines would have made me feel better.
Promise me you’ll go to the VA so and talk to someone about your PTSD episodes?

Other than that, holy füçk. This book was so hot!! That was probably the HOTTEST BJ scene I’ve ever read.

Victor is a 57 year old veteran suffering from PTSD, Mason is a 21 year old girl who meets Vic outside a club while arguing with her ex boyfriend. Vic doesn’t like how the ex is talking to Mason and warns him off. Mason is wearing shorts, fishnets, and a crop top in the cold weather so Vic gives her his leather jacket to wear. She’s attracted to Vic and goes into the club with him. He was dragged to the club by his service buddy Dan, Vic usually stays home and drinks himself to sleep every night.
He dances with Mason and soon they are kissing. Needing a breather before things get too heavy Vic suggests they get a drink. She stops at the bathroom, when she comes out Vic is gone, his friend is sporting a busted up face, and broken glass is everywhere. Vic was triggered when Dan drunkenly refers to him by his military nickname, it sends Vic into a PTSD episode. Mason comes out after Vic has left and feeling sad looks in his jacket for a clue to his info. She finds his wallet and heads to his place.
Vic is surprised to see her and she breaks down in tears when she sees him. She feels such a pull to him and feels lost without him. He comforts her and that leads to kissing and them some very raw sexy times. She’s a virgin but is able to keep up with Vic who likes things a little rough and very messy. Lots and lots of body fluids!! She calls him Daddy and he loves it. No condom and he thinks about breeding her.
I love yous the next morning and more sexy times. Vic is very glad Dan dragged him out, otherwise he would never have found his baby girl, his Mason.
The age gap was to great for me, 36 years! But it worked for them, he liked calling himself a dirty old man and she refers to him as old man. I thought the sex was a little harsh for a virgin but Mason liked it. Lost a half star because there was no epilogue.

Mason’s ex-boyfriend is a total D-BAG, and Vic ends up saving her from him. Things start to heat up at the pub, but Vic, being the gentleman he is, knows Mason deserves to be treated properly. So, he takes her back to his place, that’s where the fun really starts. 😈

“Saving Mason” by M. Reeds tells the story of Victor and Mason. Victor helps Mason as she tries to get rid of her abusive ex. The two connect; however, with memories of Victor’s past resurfacing, he has difficulty moving forward from his mental battle. That doesn’t stop Mason from pursuing him.

This book was good! I did find it to be rushed, and I wished moments were developed more (e.g. I felt like the 36-year age gap was randomly thrown in, and Victor’s PTSD moment didn’t flow well enough with the story). The spice and dirty talk were wild and although I felt Mason was too “fragile,” I did enjoy Victor taking care of her. Overall good story!

This is a daddy/little kink - short read. Well, that’s what I take from it anyways. If that’s not your vibe, don’t read it. I only read it because tiktok said to, lol. I took off one star because he’s 57 and she’s 19 - they meet at a bar, he leaves his jacket and she drives to his house to take it to him. They bam bam bam til the cows come home then they are in the bathtub saying I love you to each other. I mean…okkkaaaayyyy 🤷🏻‍♀️🙃 I felt like he was a pedo tbh 😂 and she acted like she was 14 not 19. Pouting, whining, wanting to play “cat/mouse”, calling some man she just met at a bar daddy, etc. Again…this is not everyone’s vibe so take my warning 🤪

This is amazing! I have needed a good age gap and bam I opened this.

Viktor is Daddy. He has some lingering issues after a long life and drowns those issues in the bottom of a bottle every chance he gets.

During a night out with friends he meets a pink haired beauty. Instant attraction.

This follows Viktor and Mason during one night...and its a long night! It manages to be dirty and so wholesome at the same time😂😂

Mason is incredibly innocent. Like seriously. But once she gets a taste for her daddy she gets a little dirty for him.

I’m not sure where to begin

I know this is a novella and Insta-love is usually the way things go but this was beyond insta-live. This felt like the kind of insta-love you report to the police and run away from.

It was a quick read but aside from Vics dirty mouth (and that sometimes made me cringe (nectar and honey when talking about vaginas doesn’t work for me)) it just fell flat.

There was no tension building, no push and pull especially considering they both appear to have their issues. Mason felt whiny and like she couldn’t decide if she was the inexperienced virgin or the dick confident girl. I’ve never known someone to cry every couple of pages.

This book absolutely did me in. Loved it beyond words & NEED a physical copy so much!
The story aligns with what was my own reality, unfortunately for me it was only a HFN. Would love to see M. Reeds create an epilogue for Vic & Mason. Although it’s an Insta-love, it was different from the norm. I swear you could feel true love & passion radiating from each page. Yes, it had all the smutty daddy aspects… but it was so much more than that. Definitely not your average “daddy” smut, that’s for sure. I literally cried with this one. Tugging all my heartstrings! So much so that even a day later I can’t stop thinking about it! ♥️

Vicktor has been dragged from his house by his best friend to go to a bar. While Vicktor is standing outside the bar, he hears a guy yelling at a girl in the alley. The girl walks over to Vicktor and asks him for a hit off his cigarette. The guy that was yelling at her comes back to torment this poor girl again but Vicktor isn't going to let him. How can someone mean so much so fast.

My heart melts when Vicktor calls Mason Pumpkin. I was swooning the second Vicktor took his jacket off to fight for her honor. I didn't think Vicktor would dance but boy was I surprised. The whole scene with Dan broke my heart. I wanted to jump up and down when Mason found Vicktor's wallet. I really enjoyed this book. I would've loved it to be longer.

If you’re looking for a grumpy, smoking hot, dirty talking daddy Hero that meets a pink haired, pixie-like, sunshine, virgin heroine in an age gap, insta love story, then this is the book for you! I loved this book! It hits so many tropes that I love and I absolutely adored how Vic was all about taking care of Mason with whatever she needed, definitely a daddy looking after his little girl.

This was a quick age gap smutty read. I did arc read this for her. I did enjoy it. It was an insta love, savior complex type of story that went both ways and that was okay for me. It might not be everyone’s vibe and that’s okay too. It’s not a five star read for me but well done none the less
