A solid overview of all issues hindering women’ career. I liked the concept of web vs ladder ie there are time in your life where you can make lateral move or go slower.
However, this is all very American, does not leave space to culture, friends, philanthropy…Why do you have to go to the top is not a question addressed ?

Heard Jenna speak at a work event last year and was inspired to buy her book right away. So many points hit home for me. I love that this was data driven and also had many qualitative perspectives from women execs. Already recommended to two colleagues.

Great advice for women who are looking to advance their careers and reminders for folks who have succeeded to leave the door wide open for others to follow behind.
