EXPLICIT AND DARK CONTENT that may trigger sensitive readers. How it starts... I wonder where he is. My mystery male who never makes any contact with me, except late at night when he comes in the back door. We only ever call each other "Baby". I'm not even sure he knows my name. I sure as hell don't know his. Alone but content, is how I perceived myself...until my sex life exploded. I say exploded, because it went from zero to oh my efn g*d, in 60 seconds. He's been back twice a month for a year ever since. When he's done blowing my mind he leaves. That was the routine until last night. Last night he caught me doing something that just got me in a boatload of trouble. Now we both are wondering what on earth we just got ourselves into. Maybe I should mention that He's not quite human.
What the heck did I read??? The first chapter was 18% of the book, then it was a chapter every few pages! It went from 1st person POV to 3rd person randomly Huge gaps in the storyline Introducing new characters with no backstory at all, just randomly “oh hey, I’m part of this shitshow now too” It took me forever to get through this, but I ain’t no quitter It was good while it was Onna and Jeryd but then it all went to hell 🤣 Thank fuck that’s done! 2 stars cos some of it was pretty good… the rest was random as fuck
This story had me hooked from the beginning. I could not put it down.
The story is fast paced with spice happening right away. The characters were well developed and realistic. The depth of the characters and their relationships were well written. The author portrayed the alpha, dominant personalities of the brothers well and left me wanting more of them.
The plot keeps you engaged with plenty of action and twists throughout. I never would’ve thought I’d enjoy a romance involving ‘aliens’ but boy…was this one hot! The author did an amazing job with it.
Can’t wait to read the next one!

This was such a quick, and easy reading. I have read from this author before, and yet again I applauded her. She has so much creativity when it comes to her writing. I started reading this early this morning and took me till not too long ago for me to finish this. Loved the plot! The alpha...wow! I Will not say much because I do not much so I won't spoil. This woman's writing will not disappoint!
Please make sure to read the trigger warnings ⚠️ Please take them seriously!
Now that's out of the way... I really enjoyed and loved this book! I loved the characters, storyline, dark romance, and the authors writing style. I can't wait to read more of this authors books! I will definitely be recommending this book all over the place!
It started out a good story and then out of nowhere it became three different stories at once. After about halfway through it became incredib!y hard to follow and I couldn't figure out what was happening.
This book tackles a wide range of themes and genres. At its core, the story is a gripping tale of adventure, romance, and intrigue, with plenty of twists and turns to keep readers guessing.
One of the book's greatest strengths is its diverse cast of characters, each with their own unique backgrounds, motivations, and struggles. The characters are well-developed and compelling, drawing readers into their world and making them care about their fates. The complex relationships between the characters add depth and complexity to the story, as alliances are forged, loyalties are tested, and betrayals unfold.
However, while this book excels in many areas, it is not without its flaws. The pacing can be uneven at times, with certain sections of the book feeling rushed or underdeveloped. Additionally, some of the plot twists and revelations may come across as predictable or contrived, undermining the impact of the story's most dramatic moments.
Despite these, in conclusion, the author of this book, but also the book itself, is a rising star in the world of science fiction and fantasy. The talent and creativity of the author is a promise to exciting adventures for readers to come. With their captivating storytelling, richly imagined worlds, and compelling characters, they have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the genre. Fans of epic adventures and immersive world-building will find much to love in the author's work, and I eagerly anticipate their future literary endeavors.
The idea behind this story is genius and I loved the plot twist - did not see that coming! Womack’s style of writing is good, moving between different POV with hints of narrative 3rd person style. But would highly benefit from all editing processes.
Quiana and Jeryd are hot, hot, hot! This might be the first story I’ve read in quite some time with the FMC being a MILF with adult kids. And I loved it! The other MCs Monique, Kaithan and Gabriel easily found their way into my heart too.
The ending felt a bit rushed, and could definitely have been played out more. Because of this, it feels unfinished with so many things unanswered. Out of Nowhere has great potential, but needs more editing, and time spent on flushing out where the story was/is going.
The first 1/4 of the book wasn’t bad. It had a nice little opportunity to be good and then it felt like I was reading the drunk ramblings of a 13 year old girl trying to pretend she was in her 30’s and had random bits of knowledge added in that didn’t matter. I DNF and probably WNF.
You want romance? Done. You want spice? Done. You want to be kept on the edge of your seat? Done. You want a book you just can’t put down until you’ve finished? Done.
Just when you think you know what’s about to happen next… the plot thickens right Out of Nowhere!!!
I really loved this spicy book. It's short, sweet, and so hard to put down!! This book has shifters, action and comes with Trigger warnings so please look them up if they may effect you! If not I would recommend this book! This is the 2nd book by this author I have read and she didn't let me down! I'm ready for more!!!
If you like dark stories, this one will interest you. Be prepared for the unexpected. Take consideration of the warning outlined in the book summary. It will catch you off guard. There is also romance. You can find out more when you read but just be aware it's not for those who are sensitive.
The book has a very fast pace, specially in the end. The entangled relations between the main characters is great, and the story is quite interesting, though it may seem a bit chaotic at the end as many things happen at the same time
A quick, hot romance that promises more to come. I love how the alpha protects her even when it could cause serious a lot of harm to him, still he protects her.
This book is unlike anything I’ve ever read. At first I was unsure given the writing style is different from what I’m used to but once I got settled into the book I was captivated by the story and world building. There were a few grammar mistakes and certain parts that the writing was funky like randomly going into third person when the rest of the book is written is first person pov. I managed to get past those few mistakes and let myself get deeper into the story and became hooked on the story. It leaves you on a cliff hanger but I was very thankful the book has the next book in the series out and read for me to devour. I like how the author had multiple characters and their pov’s and it was all happening at once instead of giving each couple their own book. A style I’ve very rarely seen or read. I’m very excited to read more about the world/universe the author has written about. The only reason I unfortunately didn’t give this book 5 stars was the grammar and writing mistakes
First books in world building series are always the ones that suffer because it’s focused on building the characters and the universe. Still this series is one I have very high hopes for this series and the characters within this series.
The spice: 🔥🔥🔥/5 The storyline: 📖📖📖📖📖/5 Overall recommendations: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.💫/5
The spice was there but it was very limited and was skimmed over sometimes which is okay but I want the smut to be piping hot with the insane storyline.
I will be recommending this series to anyone looking for a story with all types of species with the story taking place all over the universe. The beginning chapters do have the grammar and writing mistakes but if you can get past them the book picks up and gets action packed! It’s such a great book! Excited to read the second book
A new author with a new series! This series contains shifters, aliens, humans and more. The first book is located in Hawaii. Quiana has two grown sons and is minding her business when out of the blue one night, a huge man gives her immeasurable pleasure! This continues to go on for a year before they finally talk to one another about their lives. She will discover he is not a regular human. He is from space and kind shift into different monsters. His main goal…protect her!
Jeryd is an alien shifter who is totally enamored with Quiana. When he discovers she is his mate, things will heat up. Humans are not to know of their existence; it can get them killed. Never before has a mating occurred with a human. Trepidation fills Jeryd! When trouble comes knocking, he will be forced to recruit others to help him protect what is his. What happens when one of his other brothers feel that same bond snapping into place?
On another note, her sister comes to stay with her, along with her nephew. Turns out, her sister knows one of Jeryd’s brothers, intimately. More of a shock is yet to come! Will they be able to protect this family from the humans and other aliens when their lives are literally on the line? This is a rocking new series that gives us a different taste and element to the shifter world and aliens. It will end on a cliffhanger! This new series is definitely full of action, high intense heat, and so many twists and turns!
Tabitha Womack If you loved the "stalker-ish" vibes of "Haunting Adeline," then "Out of Nowhere" by Tabitha Womack will captivate you in a similarly thrilling and eerie way. This story revolves around a mysterious and intense relationship between the protagonist and her alpha male lover. Their relationship, marked by clandestine late-night encounters and profound anonymity, sets the stage for a gripping narrative filled with suspense and steamy romance. The protagonist's solitary but satisfying life is upended by an explosive sex life and a twist that lands them both in trouble, deepening the intrigue with a hint that he might not be entirely human.
Womack's writing is immersive, skillfully balancing intense, steamy scenes with moments of suspense and psychological tension. The characters are well-developed, and the plot twists keep you engaged from start to finish. It is a thrilling journey into the unknown, with emotional depth and psychological intricacies that make it a standout read. If you enjoyed the "stalker-ish" intensity of "Haunting Adeline," you'll find this book equally enthralling, leaving you anticipating the next installment in this series.
I don't even know how to start this! There is a whole world here. Multi demensional aspects, multiple main characters, and perfect for those of us who love spicy chaos. It gets spicy right off the bat, and for a second, I wasn't sure I was going to like it. I couldn't have been more wrong. I couldn't put it down! It was like a roller-coaster of, what the hell did she just do? I would start to think, ok, too much going on and then bamb!, she's in my head again, and I'm 75 more pages in. Tabitha, truly, you f'ed with my head in the best way. Ok, as a reader of reviews, what you want to know is: Is it RH, Spicy, Alien, Shifter, Vampire, Fantasy, etc. Yes and no. It's not like this hasn't been done before, but it hadn't been done like this. That I've read. There were a couple of things in the book that were confusing for a second but easily rectified. The story makes any errors worth the read. Great world, fantastic spice, intense heat! Hot,Hot,Hot!
When I first heard of this book, I was excited. I could even look past the spelling errors and switching between second and third person in the same sentence. But as the story went on, it just seemed like the author kept thinking of random things to add and went, "Yeah. That works!"... I'm sorry, but it doesn't. There's almost TOO MUCH happening.
It starts as a stalker dark romance and then morphs into aliens? Monsters? Demons? Ok... we can make that work. But at one point in the book, the people you've been following this whole time just fall into the background and the boom focuses on a random character for like 4/5 chapters before suddenly switching back?
It almost feels like this should be 2 or even 3 stories/books that can be read at the same time vs. all in one book.
Also, by the end of the book, the third and second person switching wad happening constantly. At one point, it was the males POV, and he was saying he licked his OWN lips, but in the book, it was written, "I licked his lips.

Out of Nowhere is the first book in the series. The story blends paranormal romance, science fiction, and dark fantasy. With a daring mix of aliens, shifters, and steamy scenes.
The story centers around Quiana, a single woman, who has been having nightly visits for over a year from a mysterious man who enters her home without ever revealing his name. Their relationship is purely physical until an unexpected event puts them both in danger.
A plus, it was intense and original i liked the unique combination of genres and the unexpected twists. I would describe the chemistry between the main characters is described as intense. In the book there is a wide array of characters, including shifters, aliens, and vampires, i liked all the different worlds coming together.
The story ends with a cliffhanger!! So what happens next??
Conclusions Out of Nowhere is a spicy but very original story. I liked the mix of paranormal romance, sci-fi, and dark fantasy—and offcourse the “hot” scenes—this book is a unique reading experience
I enjoyed how it just sort of gets to the point. Sometimes you don’t want all the extra world build up. I loved the multi cultural aspect. I especially as beauty comes in all shapes sizes and color. The spice was spicy without over taking the plot. I got an ARC of the audiobook that you can find on Spotify for my honest positive review. To my knowledge the narrators are new to this and while it showed on certain aspects that can only improve with time, equipment and experience. His voice was dreamy! Her voice was sweet and innocent. The spicy scenes were…. Steamy!!!
The fact that they had a child’s voice narrating the only young child in the story was amazing!! And what a great job they did.
This book was IMMEDIATELY 🌶️🌶️🌶️! You start off with a possessive male who is immediately obsessed with the FMC.
The FMC is stubborn and fights for what she believes in. Because of her defiance, she causes a rift on the island and our MMC calls in his backup.
When backup arrives the “fun” really begins.
The further into the story you get, the more characters are revealed. If listening to this book, I recommend really paying attention to whose POV you’re listening to.
Book 1 ends on a cliff hanger and I have SOOO many questions! Can’t wait to read book 2 to see what happens to everyone!
I did not finish this book. It was just straight into sex with a man who she didn’t know. He basically stalks her, comes into her house and they have sex. Then he is possessive of her and demands she is his.
I got to where his brother came into the story and said that if she wasn’t with his brother, he’d take her…
The layout was strange and this reminds me of something I’d read on Wattpad.
I wanted to be able to read this and give a great review, unfortunately I lost interest in the book after an hour of trying.

It took me a couple of chapters to get used to the way this book is written. I definitely like it, though. The storyline is different and intriguing. I like that the story follows several characters instead of 2 main ones. I honestly wasn't sure of it at first. im used to following 2 main characters and then another book following 2 more that were side characters from the first book. This boom reads more like a movie. now I can't wait to read the second one.
This book...this book has everything and more! I loved the plot twists, I didn't see a lot of this coming, even when I was SURE I knew exactly what would happen. The ending was chefs kiss AND I just found that there are more books to this series! I am ready to splash myself into the next one!
The book almost took on two stories, the first a build up between the first two MCs and then added the family and it was well melded together. It was super fast paced and kept my attention and leaving me wanting more!
I wanted to read a book with a normal/plus sized female and this was recommended in a book group. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this book desperately needs to be edited. I went to about 44% and it was written in first person from 5 separate points of views PLUS some random pages were written in third person. There were also random parts of the book highlighted for no reason.
This was definitely a different kinda read for me! There's so many shifters and characters and multiple mates in this story, you definitely stay interested. Lots of spice and oh no you didn'ts. Also triggers for some. Tabitha definitely has a new fan. Looking forward to the next one, love where her mind goes with everything that goes on in this story! Big kudos to you. 😍
The first part of the story started off strong, and I was invested. Then the confusion started. There ended up being so many new characters and subplots, that my brain was on overload. I feel bad giving such a low rating, but I seriously was so confused by the end of the book, that I kinda gave up on trying to figure out what was going on.
This one is just too boring to keep going. First, a man just comes into this woman's house one night and with no real idea why, she just has sex with him because she's in a dry spell. Then he's a creeper and just shows up in her house randomly to have sex. I'm ok with the no-strings-attached booty call types but this woman has no idea who this man is. Like, really? Eh, I pass.
Smutty entertainment. Weird how the first book is all 4 without organized chapters until you reach the next book. Could use better editing as the switch between first and third person is awkward and sometimes its hard to tell which character is speaking. Overall though would recommend IF you are ok with the triggers so be aware.
