This volume was good don't get me wrong

But at the time I read this I was getting burnt out on the series and it didn't help.

It did a whole lot for character work and world building and even revelations, but I needed a break, a break that I am still in fact on 😅

I just thank the heavens I took notes if not my memory with character names would be giving me a side eye when I pick it back up after finish the Sun Eater series

One of the best sci-fi series I've ever read. I read it in my youth & propelled my love for the genre ten-thousandfold. I'm glad it's getting the love & attention recently, would love to reread it if it wasn't stupid long though.

seeing a parallel universe to kim dokja was something else

and yoo joonghyuk killing himself so dokja could return to his own world…they’re really companions….
