An excellent book for beginning knitters. The illustrations in the back are the best I've seen, really complete. The patterns are average but they're easy and have a variety of techniques to try. Although I am an intermediate knitter, I picked up this book because I am afraid of fair isle and there is a good pattern to start from in this book.
