I am a daughter, sister, friend, wife, and mother but I was born a writer. I have created stories in my head, on paper, and out loud since I was eight years old. As an adult, I have been employed in the use of the written word for over two decades in various secretarial/administrative positions.

In my opinion story telling is the original art form. My life long dream has been to weave worlds, visit the faraway and impossible, meet the could have, would have and should have through the wonderful magic of words. I invite readers to join me with an open mind and a spirit of adventure as we explore all that literary fiction has to offer!

Cassandra’s life seems absolutely perfect when we first meet her. She’s rich, educated, comes from a good family, has magickal powers, and the cutest troop of familiars a witch could ever have. This story was definitely weaved with love and caring. Okay, I will admit, at a few points in the story, I did give a little eye roll; they were those “Bewitched, wiggle your nose, move stuff with magic” moments, but, for me, there were enough Pagan elements (and references to the Goddess, her Consort and a dash of mythology) to keep me wondering who the lucky guy was going to be.

This wholesome romp was just the thing I needed. I needed to be whisked away from the mundane (and a very long day) to a sweet little hamlet in upstate New York just in time for a Samhain (Halloween) celebration. I did say wholesome, didn’t I? Nevertheless, this little gem had plenty of sweet steamy moments. I also loved the fact that Cassandra is a curvy, dark-haired, sexy academic with not just one, but two men after her hand in marriage. Lucky girl!
