This commemorative account of the White Sox’ victory year in 2005 will help you relive all the exciting plays and games that led to their winning the World Series. With many full color pictures and play-by-play accounts, it is almost like being there again. Beginning with a foreword by their manager, Ozzie Guillen and ending with a game-by-game log of the season, you can feel the excitement build as you turn the pages. After decades without a World Series champion, it was the Southside White Sox who finally brought that honor back to Chicago, winning it in four straight games.
