Anyone who is thinking about picking up this book needs to know this is not a Biography in the manner we as readers are acustomed to. This is a book of recollections of a friend who knew Smith Wigglesworth and related some treasured moments both private & public and a few stories of how he ministered and what he preached, they are told in very brief glimpses but what is written is very interesting the spiritual nuggets are absolute gold. Although I've read better books about the man this book can stand alongside the rest as a testament of Wigglesworth's life.
Random collections of thoughts, not terribly well written, but interesting if you wanted to know a bit more about the man, Smith Wigglesworth. It reminds me of typical Pentecostal preaching -- a lot of feeling, a focus on the Spirit, not a lot of study or good reflection in context...at times you can see it is well meaning, but out of context and as such, open to inaccurate conclusions drawn.
