Cisco Santiago has come to the reservation to investigate an old murder that he believes is his father that disappeared and never came back when he was a child. Sunnie Begay is a Navajo and is on a mission to kill the leader of the Skinwalkers. Sunnie accidentally shoots Cisco realizing at the last minute he is not the target she seeks. She gets him help through the Brotherhood and Sunnie decides he may be able to help her with the mission she has set for herself. This book has Skinwalker's causing trouble and action as Cisco and Sunnie try to get answers. Good romance, fast paced fun read. This is the 3rd book of this series I have read and have really enjoyed all 3.

This last book of the 'Night Guardians' series by Linda Conrad wraps up the series and provides one more love story to savor. I really liked Sunnie and Cisco together. Two wounded souls who find a love of a lifetime--one of my favorite romantic storylines.

This final book answers most of the questions about the Skinwalkers who are the villains of the series and provides the identity of the Navajo Wolf, which was a surprise. All of the Night Guardians and some of their wives make an appearance. This is one of my favorite series from the orignal Silhouette Intimate Moments/SRS/HRS line. I am sorry to be finished with it but all six books will remain on my keeper shelves.

I am a fan of Ms.Conrad and these books are my favorites of hers. I love the setting which is the Navajo reservation in Arizona and New Mexico that I had the pleasure of visiting several years ago. She does great h/H relationships and I would highly recommend any and all of her books!
