It was okay but disappointingly short. Only eight short chapters unless my library only got a sample of the audiobook. When you add up the silent portions during the meditation segments, it contained very little content. Wanted more!
I enjoyed this... it is borrowed from the library at the moment and I don't plan to return it until I absolutely have to. I think I need to look for my own audio copy.
It is only getting 4 stars because I was hoping to find some mantra, but if I can't get exactly what I want... this has a visually guided meditation that I thought resonated well with me.
This audio book is more of a guided meditation then info about meditation. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but not bad if you look at it from a guided meditation standpoint.
