I can honestly say I’d be prone to taking late night strolls through the desert if I knew someone as sexy as Brad would be found. Brad sees his luck the same when he is out trying to get a handle on his leopard and he stumbles upon the exotically gorgeous Sakari. He wants her with a consuming lust that he has never experienced before. He doesn’t know that there is an otherworldly force at play. He just knows that he wants the desert beauty.

Drone life is not to Sakuri’s liking. She is new to the role of chi gatherer. Her world Anartia needs the life energy to hold it together, with it crumbling it needs even more of the essence that she can harvest. Harvesting is her biggest problem though. It never goes as it should and her compassionate nature puts her at odds with some of her duties. Her biggest obstacle is not making it personal. She finds it impossible to stay detached when that is exactly what she should be doing. The sexy leopard shifter reciprocating the attraction does not help matters either.

Kathy Kulig’s Demons in Exile series has turned out to be a seriously hot read. I’m enjoying that more than just the hero and heroine of each book are contributing to that hotness. Dante can easily melt your eReader all on his own. I am definitely looking forward to his book. The Anartia plight is intense and keeps getting crazier. I’m glad these books came into my inbox.

Damned and Desired can easily work as a stand alone. I do suggest reading Desert of the Damned too though. Some of the characters have roles in both books. You’ll also get more page time with Dante. He is so worthy of more pge time. Readers will also see what happens that puts Sakari into her new Drone role. Heads up on some of the erotic content. Multiple partners, pegging, male male scenes, and some sexy m/m/f menage.

I enjoyed this quick erotic read it has a very unique story. The author mixes Indian folklore and out of this world demons, it makes for one very interesting story. There is quite a bit of sex action not only form the two main characters but some others also. You get not only m/f but there is a scene were you get m/m/f action. There is also some BSDM in the first part of the ebook.

Sakari like the other demons, has to have sex with humans to gather energy. The catch is she cant have an orgasm or she will kill the human, so this makes it a little more interesting. They are looking for Sha Warrior’s because they gather more power. Sakari wants to go home, for one reason her parents are exiled and she needs to help them. She finds Brad in desert and she starts to have feelings for him. This is a no, no because she is immortal and has to go home.

Brad is a leopard shape shifter and he is also a Sha Warrior. He is strong and ready to take on all dangers. When he meets Sakari he has to have more and in their first sexual encounter he new he had to have more. The catch is can Brad convince Sakari to stay with him and not leave.

The only downside for me was, I’m not a fan of m/m/f, but it wasn’t a whole lot and it didn’t involve the main characters, so it can be skipped . If you enjoy m/m with a little female there is enough for you to sink you teeth in and enjoy.

Sakari Lock is a demon from Anartia. Brad is a shapeshifting leopard from Earth. (YUM!) They meet in the desert of Arizona. Sakari is forced into the life of a Drone. As a Drone, she collects chi from a Kithra (the human mark) during sex. The number one rule of being a Drone is never get attached. Sakari breaks the ultimate rule after meeting Brad. Brad knows Sakari is special and will do anything to protect her. They have a number of obstacle to overcome in order to reach their HEA.

Damned and Desired takes the reader on a paranormal adventure and can most definitely be read as a stand alone. Really enjoyed the erotic elements of this book. There is some M/M/F which I found totally HOT and well written. Also, enjoyed the secondary characters and am looking forward to other books in this series.

Sakari Lock is from a world called Anartia. Her world is very unstable. To do her part for her world it is her job as a drone to feed on lifeforce energy through sex. Her life depends on this, so to fail would be disastrous. On Earth she meets Brad Montag and breaks the one rule she was told not to break. To get personal with her prey.

Damned and Desired was a riveting story, full of adventure, lust and love. Along with paranormal elements it had a bit of SciFi feel to it too that I enjoyed very much. Both Sakari and Ben struggle with the decisions of doing what needs to be done and doing what they desire the most. The steamy scenes and exotic characters make for an exciting read.

I won this book from the Goodreads First Reads program--Thanks to Kathy Kulig :) This was a fast read for me...I think it might suit a younger reader (younger & more wild than me). Anyone looking for an erotic, hot sex book--This is it. I was surprised by the male on male action--Very unexpected, but it fit-in well with the storyline.
