What a fun read! Lady Valient is the perfect heroine! Chloe is perfect--perfect for Reggie (her hero) and perfect as inspiration for Circe, his heroine. I'm so glad that the author decided to revise the title. The new edition is now appropriately titled, THE PERFECT HEROINE.
Moreover, the Duke is an engaging secondary character, full of angst and emotion, and loss and empathy. As the antagonist, the overbearing Duke is likable despite his flaws and deserves his own book. Now wouldn't that make for an interesting read!
