The book I am reading, Skateboard Sonar, is about two best friends who love to skateboard. Their names are Clint and Matty. Matty is blind but still loves to skateboard and faces a lot of bullying. These two friends always skateboard around the neighborhood every Friday after school. Then, one Friday, there was a skateboard competition, so Matty and Clint decided to sign up and were thrilled.
When they arrived at the competition they had to pay money to get in. Then these two guys came up to Clint and Matty, one of the guys was really big. The big guy, named Bing, said that he had won six competitions this year already. He then proceeded to make fun of Matty for being blind. Clint stuck up for him, but the big bully told him to watch himself or he would beat him up.
They started the first part of the competition and Matty and Clint both did really well. Then it was the bully’s turn and he also did really well. Next, they announced that there was a sheet that said who made the finals. Clint and Matty made it but also the bully made it too. The finals were just about to start when this guy named Ty got a 9.1 out of 10. Clint then went and got an 8.9. Next, the bully was up and he got a 9.3!! Clint told Matty that this high score is going to be really tough to beat. Matty was not phased. He started his run and was on the ramp, made a really cool move and the judges scored him a 9.7!!!!! That was unbelievable.
After reading this book I really enjoyed it. It is a short book but it is very interesting and teaches a valuable lesson, which is not to bully people just because they're different. I recommend that other people read this book as it is a great read.

I thought this book was OK. And my favorite part of the book was when TY and Matty won against the bully Haw tin. In spite of the fact that Matty was blind he proved that he could still win against his bully.

This book talk about the story of teenagers skateboarding. One day, they made an appointment to participate in a skateboarding competition, but they did not pay attention to traffic safety. One person fell on the road. I'm so dislike this this behavior.
