I don't know that I would recommend this to everyone. It's supposed to be a language course you can listen to in the car, and I suppose it fulfills its purview very well. If you're looking for something deeper, then you have to go elsewhere, but if you just want the basics, and don't have more than fifteen minutes at a time to give it, then this is the audio CD for you!
