Standing over six feet tall, USA Today bestselling author Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.
He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works. His books have sold over one million copies worldwide.
Well as our friends help out their new friends in this new land for which the find themselves in as they continue to march to the north. They've got to fight a war and defeat lots of new and more powerful enemies as the try and stop the ultimate evil from happening and taking over the continent that Gareth and his friends call home. Being miles from their country. Another ally has joined their group one that is powerful and knows Gareth's parents as well. Yet will it be enough to stop the ultimate evil?
Definitely getting better. More action and adventure, more huge battles, an old friend has joined the group. Can hardly wait to see what happens in the next book
Book 6 was a fun read and had errors throughout. The crew is lead to battle in helping to take a town from the xortami and reclaim the castle between passes. The soldiers and crew run into problems and some are taken prisoner to mine and work forges in the castle. The occupied castle is casting a spell of unknown amount of power and the crew try and stop it but run into problems. They devise a plan to help their friends, take the castle, and stop the magic spell from completing. The story has progressed slowly and has dragged on a bit longer with each new book.
As always, Jonathan tells a good story. It's hard to give reviews on his books because they're all great. The only criticism I have of Jonathan is that there are frequent typo's. In fairness, I must add that the editing has gotten better. On balance, I really enjoy his books - they're not depressing like some Fantasy-SciFi books. And, for such a prolific writer, he's amazing. I've re-read entire series of his books.
Garth and his friends continue to help the descendants of Vikings in the lands of Andohaim. They have defeated the xotami and captured Nifdeldun but Alazmora has summoned and gained ghostruin, the dark elf blade as she continues her quest for the dragonskull. Morigna has joined Garth and his friends on their quest north. It will be interesting to see what happens next
Bought this book yesterday - finished it today!!! Absolutely brilliant as a stand alone story but much better as part of the series. Can't get enough of the tales of Ridmark Arban and now his sons Gareth & Joachim!! Can't recommend Jonathan Moeller's work enough and can't wait for the next one 😀👍
An entertaining story with some interesting artifacts and events. Entertaining but without lasting depth, which was the intent of the book. It’s nice to finally get some back story of the societies and history that I missed by jumping directly to this series without reading the previous ones. A few small typos and word substitutions but overall not distracting.
Greatly enjoy reading the Dragonskull series Jonathan Moeller. Full of adventures and challenges in each book. Greatly looking forward to the next book in the series.
Another stellar installment. The Story is great the books pull you in and read quickly. So glad we have continued this story with a new generation of hero’s
