Having met Don Conroy myself during one of his drawing sessions at a Dublin pub years ago adds such a nostalgic layer to the pages. Knowing the man behind the sketches—his passion for nature and that gentle, artistic energy—makes Vega (the young kestrel) ’s journey to save his friends feel even more special!
