Love the recipes and the fact they show the GF symbols. Many of the recipes are easily adaptable to be soy/dairy/nut/wheat/gluten free too. Plus, I love that the full years menus are Laid out (supper wise that is).

Recipes easy to follow, and tasty. I especially enjoy having the shopping list~ has helped very much in watching my diet~ menu's enough for a year.
