Was initially a little disappointed when I picked this up from the library with how thin the book was, but despite the low page count this is a pretty deep look into the topic of life in prehistoric times. To the point I'd honestly recommend it to both the younger target audience, but also adults. It's intricately illustrated and while never going too in-depth, it still covers a lot of topics and covers them well.
