I liked: Information and sample charts for how to evaluate your school's progress. Sample case scenarios for role plays. Ideas for different kinds of "circles" to use in classrooms.

Didn't like: This book assumed high school or middle school students. Also, it seemed to focus solely on using lengthy conferences which would be difficult to implement on a frequent basis and would be overkill for more minor incidents. There wasn't any information about smaller ways to integrate restorative approaches.
