Pat Palmer is a writer and lecturer with a doctorate in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She raised two daughters, and has given lectures throughout the Unite States on a variety of topics pertaining to personal development, feelings and assertiveness. She has also been director of the Assertiveness Training Institute in Denver, Colorado.
