"For some reason, visual poetry remains the neglected cousin of better-known forms of poetry." -- Tim Gaze, asemic author
To be blunt, I believe that this collaboration between Andrew Topel and Carol Stetser contains the ability to change that popular opinion. These eleven poems, though they may lack meaning visible to the realm of literature outside of asemia, are aggressive, moving, profound, powerful, and unforgettable all at once. Without any thought, I would recommend this collection to fans of not only asemic writing or visual poetry but also poetry in general.
