I enjoyed this book. I devoured it in an afternoon.
My problems: 5 books of Adrian and Adele was exhausting after a while and the exhaustion came from identity switches and long lost daughters and I hope we retire this plot line for a little while. It’s old. Also, the typos in ALL this authors books. I don’t know who is proof reading these things but they need to be replaced.
I liked: it was alluded to the fact that there was a trans character before it was point blank said, and it kept going over my head or it was so subtle that I missed it. I liked that it was not a focal point of the story until the very last pages of the book and I like that it was not brought up or weaponized against her at any point. It just was what it was and I found that to be tastefully done for a “smut” book.
Would read more from this author in the future.

Came for the story, stayed for the smut. You need to read A Tale of Vengeance before this book cause I really struggled to make heads or tails out of a whole heap of the plot without the prior books groundwork.
Overall the story line idea was great, executed ok but the smut was hot. So evened out! 😂

Such a good book ! It's rare to find any decent books that are MFF and I loved this one !

Enjoyed the storyline. The ending felt really rushed, especially the last few pages. I wish we also would have gotten an epilogue to pull the end/future together.

I kinda skimmed/read this fast. It was a older woman and her husband and the younger girl. A little too much for me, I struggled to finish it.

Great story
This a mafia crime story that you have to read. They have a chemistry you have to read. I enjoyed this interesting, intensely passionate story and the characters inside this novel. I was grabbed inside this story in the first chapter.

DNF. It’s probably a decent book I just am not a fan of how the execution of certain things in the book. As a horror and thriller reader this was personally a wrong step out of my comfort zone.
