This expository book serves as an early reader that features a tables of contents, glossary and index. The book would be an excellent introduction to informational text for young readers. It would be appropriate for young children beginning to read independently.

This is a very basic book about how tomatoes are grown on large farms to be sold at the grocery store. I like the photographs. It's too bad they don't show small farms or a farmer's market.

I loved this simple easy reader introduction to tomatoes and their journey from seed to table. Perfect for any age group.
