University Press returns with another short and captivating biography of one of history’s most compelling Prince Harry.Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, is a controversial member of the British royal family, grandson of the late Queen Elizabeth II, younger son of King Charles III and his first wife Princess Diana, and fifth in line to succeed his father to the British throne. How did Prince Harry overcome the high-profile divorce of his parents and the tragic death of his young mother to become an Apache helicopter pilot, decorated combat veteran, founder of the Invictus Games, patron of multiple charitable organizations, husband of American actress Meghan Markle, father of two children, and resident of Southern California? This short biography of Prince Harry is a must-read, for it tells the intensely human story of a truly exceptional man who is changing the world in a way that no one else can.
I enjoyed reading about Prince Harry and his family. Their life may not be the life of a typical royal family, but it seems to be right for them. Life is too short to not try to get along. I wish it would be easier for all families to realize and show love for each other and try to get along. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in Prince Harry and his family.
This bio attempts to present the facts about Harry’s life. However, errors like stating that the Queen gave him the title “Duke of Essex” on his wedding day rather than his actual title “Duke of Sussex” and stating that Harry’s father Prince Charles became King Charles II rather than III are two examples of the most glaring errors. The errors greatly reduce the utility of the bio as a factual primer. But then, now that Harry has so eloquently told his own story in his own words, bios like this are very dry in comparison.
A very short biography, but! One of the best. This amazing young man Prince Soldier Husband Father. I loved this and could of gone on reading more about his life to date. Highly recommended.
If even half of what Prince Harry shared is true, what a messy and horrible life the press causes for people in the spotlight. What a difficult way to live your life. Hopefully his family will one day be close again.
This reads more like an English research paper. Very dry, very boring. Really did not give any insight into Harry, just listed dates and what he did. The worst bio I have ever read.
He had it all and then he blew it with ridiculous lies which they called 'their truth' and self pity.. You can't s ream you have the media and then sell yourself a out for millions of dollars by using the media..spoiled hypo sites that deserve no attention People rea!ly turned on them when they played the race card instead of owning their bad behaviour. Harry went from hero to zero when he married that one. Typical lefty's - it's Always someone's e!ses fault and when all else fails blame racism. The book gives to much credit to meghans career as well. her best performance was her lies about never hearing about Prince Harry before she met him. What a lie. She is like a predator and Harry waz the prey.
