The little girl in me wanted to read this book and it was very nostalgic. Not disappointed that I picked it up. Also read it so quick cause the font is huge and they have pictures, oh how I miss pictures🧚♀️
A compilation of the series from Book 1 to 4 include the story of
- Ruby the Red Fairy - Amber the Orange Fairy - Sunny the Yellow Fairy - Fern the Green Fairy
The Fairyland lost its colour when the rulers of the kingdom forgot to invite Jack Frost to a party.
Hence, the Rainbow Fairies were being cursed and sent far away from each other.
Hence, 2 girls, Rachel and Kirsty, come to the rescue since they believed in fairies. The rulers of Fairyland were grateful they found Ruby, that they were assigned to find each of the Rainbow fairies.
A quick read, that I think it was like a 30 minutes read for the 4 books.
Read aloud to my daughter. She loves these books. We would read several chapters a night. She really appreciates that they have just enough illustrations to give her a little to look at, and I appreciate that they are well written. They are a bit formulaic, but it could be much worse.
